Ordered 4 unique silver charms, all were as pictured and arrived in good time. Appreciate the great selection - they are getting increasingly hard to source and Maldon had some quite unusual charms.

Besvarelse fra Maldon Jewellery Co
Hello.
Thank you so much for the order and review and I am glad you like the silver skier charm.
Just in case you need any other skiing charms, we also have ski poles charms as well as snowflakes charms and snow persons charms.
I am not sure if it's politically correct to call a snowman a snowman.
Anyway "Snowflakes" aside.
Take care
Kind regards Simon
Excellent Service, Quality Products
Everything about the service from this company was excellent. Speed of delivery, good quality of the item and the fact that they offer a free soldering service.

Thank you very much for the review, stars and well, everything.
I am glad you are happy.
The soldering service is great for that extra bit of security, whether the charm will be used as a pendant and therefore won't come off the chain too easily, or if you want the charms placed on a charm bracelet and then the rings soldered closed.
Once again, many thanks and hope to see you again
Kind regards Simon
Super fast delivery and excellent…
Super fast delivery and excellent quality. Maldon are my go to if I need a Sterling silver charm for a speedy delivery. I know they’ll be efficient.

Hello again.
Thank you for the review as well as all the orders you have placed over the past few years.
We do try to dispatch as quickly as possible and then it's down to the courier and Royal Mail are USUALLY fairly good but I would never rely on their delivery "AIM" of one to two days!
Best to get in nice and early for Christmas!
Saying that, a few customers have been ordering Christmas charms since July, from memory, so it's never too early.
Thank you again
Kind regards
Simon

Hello again.
Thank you very much for those nice words, they are always appreciated and welcomed!
I just looked up your information and could see you placed an order with us back in 2011!! So, thank you for being an old customer, or maybe that's not the best way to refer to a customer.
Maybe a repeat customer would have sounded better, but anyway, thank you.
Kind regards Simon
Just superb customer service
I contacted this company with a view to buying a full set of "12 Days of Christmas" silver charms. They were so helpful, with selecting the correct set, and ensuring I didn't get muddled up with which ones I should be ordering. A real personal service, can't praise them enought. My charms are delightful, I could not be more happy and would not hesitate to use them again.

Hello,
it's lovely to hear from you and thank you so much for the review.
I must admit when you asked for a photo of the full set of larger 12 Days of Christmas charms, I wondered how long it would take me! BUT, when customers ask these questions, it makes me find ways of getting the information to customers as quickly as possible for their benefit as well as mine. I think the only issue was my awful photography skills, so, from memory, I photographed a number of times in batches of a few at a time as well as the whole set. Anyway, it worked in the end, so thank you.
Take care and please let us know if we can ever help. We do have the smaller set of 12 Days of Christmas charms too, just in case you need a different set, as well as Father Christmas charms and Rudolph charms and not forgetting the good old Santa's sleigh charms.
Kind regards
Simon
Quick Communication thanks

Hello again.
Thank you for the multiple reviews.
I am glad the speed to get the charm "Down Under" was fast.
Some of our Australian customers do say that it can be a little slow on occasion. Possibly due to Aus Post and possibly some remote addresses.
Thank you again and please let us know if we can ever help in the future
Kind regards Simon

Thank you again for the reviews. They are always appreciated.
I am glad you are happy with everything.
We do try to photograph so that what a customer receives is just like the photos, or hopefully better.
It's not easy photographing silver charms but most people seem to appreciate the extra photos, especially against the ruler.
Many thanks again
Kind regards SImon

Thank you so much, once again, for all the orders. I hope you are liking the soldering / welding of the jump rings.
We hope to keep it a free (inclusive) part of the service.
Looking back at your orders, there's certainly a few halloween themed charms to work in with the moon theme!
If you require haunted charms then we do have a Haunted hand charm as well as a silver Mummy charm (the bandaged type), a werewolf charm and probably some other halloween silver charms that evade my brain for now.
Anyway, tank you again
Kind regards Simon
Great charm and service
We are keen long distance path walkers and for every trail / path we complete I look to find a ‘charm’ similar to the route way markers symbol to fit onto my wife’s Pandora style bracelet. We recently completed the Cambrian Way whose footpath way markers is a Welsh hat.
I found the Welsh hat charm offered by Maldon was exactly what I wanted, I was able to purchase an adapter onto which the charm was attached free of charge. An excellent charm and great service

Hello,
when I initially read your review, I was convinced the charm you purchased was a signpost charm that was only dispatched the other day. Then I saw it was the Welsh hat charm and I realised the order.
Embarrassingly, I had not heard of the Cambrian Way and now looking at the markers of it, I can see why you chose the Welsh Hat silver charm!
298 Miles is an incredible achievement and my "WELSH" hat off to you and your wife.
If you need any further Welsh themed walk charms for maybe the Wales Coast Path, then we do of course have silver Leek charms and too many dragons to mention. These can of course be fitted to the same carrier - converter to make them suitable for most Pandora styles bracelets.
Anyway, thank you again
Kind regards Simon
Pleased with delivery and charm…

Hello to you in Australia!
I am glad you are happy with the Pyramid charm and that it looks good on your bracelet. The Egyptian charms are quite popular, from the Eye of Horus charms to the Pharaoh charms and of course, the Mummy charms too.

Oh Crikey !!!
That doesn't sound like me at all B-)
As this review is showing as "Organic", I can't work out who you are.
There was a lady the other day with the 5 lobster clips that we soldered 2 onto the charms BUT, I think I have just worked out who you are from searching emails!
I am glad you are happy with the charms and the advice was helpful.
You would think charms were, JUST charms, but they go WAYYYY beyond that.
From their different fittings for Thomas Sabo and Pandora and Traditional and beyond, to their sizes and designs as well as whether to solder or not solder.
Anyway, thank you again and please let us know if we can ever help and we will try.
Kind regards
Simon
