A fantastic range of fragrances - worth every penny and have had so many compliments when wearing.

I am so pleased to have found Maison Crivelli and their amazing range of fragrances- it was hard to choose one and can’t wait to treat myself to more!

I was toying between Safron Secret and Eau MaracuJa- eventually choosing the latter and literally get stopped to ask what I am wearing. Yes this expensive but the fragrance lasts far longer than my usual brand.

Will definitely like to try and buy more if the range and love the sample sets that are available to help choose - Safron Secret is next on the wish list!

One thing for certain is the customer service is second to none. I purchased Hibiscus Mahajad as it was out of stock in all the online uk stockists- had a few issues over VAT but Maison Crivelli covered all the duty costs and kept me informed at every step. They replied to me straight away when I received a bill for VAT from DHL and the following day I had a further bill stating the amount was £0
Leila from Maison Crivelli was amazing and deserves a medal for all she has to deal with. This is customer service on another level, no waiting for replies for days, Leila replied to all my messages within a few hours. The perfume is stunning and the packaging is just beautiful, it came in a sturdy orange box with tissue paper all folded neatly with an emblem sticker holding it closed; i felt like I was unboxing an Hermes bag. I was also sent 5 samples of their other fragrances which was so unexpected but greatly appreciated and a great treat. Buying from the fragrance house itself is a special experience as other perfumes from this brand that I’ve purchased from other places just comes in a brown box with no free samples.

Customer service is amazing. I can honestly say I haven’t received service like it in a long time! Was hit with a customs charge but received and email asking for the payment link which I sent and maison crivelli paid the import fees for me!

The first thing I bought was Papyrus and I was immediately blown away by this unique scent. Afterwards I was curious and ordered the discovery sets of the Extriats and the Eau de Parfums. If you do this directly at Maisson Crivelli, you will receive discount codes for the same value. What can I say, it wasn't easy to decide. The Extraits in particular are like from another planet and impossible to compare with other brands. Especially with scents like saffron, neroli or oud, you get particularly great scents from this brand that last a really long time and trigger a lot of positive attention.

Great service, extremely fast shipping with home delivery. Generous with samples. Can’t recommend this house enough, you get what you pay for. High quality niche that last you forever!😍

Wat een heerlijke parfums hebben ze bij Maison Crivelli.
Ik had de discoveryset gekocht met 10 samples eau de parfum. Van de 10 vond ik er 2 niet lekker — dat betekent dus dat ik er 8 écht heerlijk vond ruiken. Twee dagen geleden heb ik opnieuw besteld, en vandaag werd het pakket al vanuit Frankrijk geleverd. Of het nu om een volledige fles of een staaltje gaat: alles wordt netjes verpakt in een stevige en mooie cadeauverpakking. De geuren zijn verslavend lekker. Goedkoop zijn ze niet, maar ik spaar graag verder om ze stuk voor stuk aan mijn collectie toe te voegen.

I am impressed by the uniqueness, sophistication, and richness of the fragrances. Ambre Chromatique, Oud Maracuja and Oud Cadenza are my top favorites. I have more that I am yet to explore. The fragrances are long-lasting even after showering, the scent is still present.
