Mailtrack works like a charm. I have received read confirmation for every email I sent from my Gmail. I also have received alerts of unopened emails after a certain amount of time. And the support team solved an issue I had at lightning speed! If possible, I suggest to add reminders after 10/15/20/25 days of unopened and/or unreplied emails.

I've been using Mailtrack for years with a specific Gmail account, but I've since started a new business with a brand new Gmail account. I contacted them and asked if they could switch my paid Mailtrack to the new Gmail. They did it very promptly, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. A lot of other businesses might have said I had to pay for another account. I'll use them as long as I need them. Don't hesitate to pay for the paid account. It's worth it!!

I have been using the Free option for a while now and want to use it on the phone and with fewer limitations, also tired of the bottom advertisement, so, decided for the paid version, well worth the payment.

When I learned that the app was not a good fit for me, I had difficulty removing it. I received unsolicited support to help me resolve the issue in an effective and courteous manner.

great, especially when I want to cancel the plan and the "Jack Abbott" account is really helpful.

I personally don't like this service because it can track if I read my emails without asking me first.
Even if they don't save personal information I still don't like this.
I keep getting emails from people using this service so I had to make changes in privacy settings and block all images in order to have to avoid this experience.
I also tried their service just to test it out, but still don't like it. You have to pay if you need integration, free plans guess are just for spammers.

Great product, super useful tracker if you are just starting out with your outbound campaigns. Plus the customer service is very responsive, got my issues solved within 30 minutes.

With quick response, I was able to do what I want.

There was a billing error with my mail track purchase, and when I requested a refund I was fully refunded within 10 minutes of me sending an email. My customer support was excellent.

Mailtrack app is really efficient and useful. In addition to that, the support teams are very responsive and efficient when you have to contact them. This is rare enough to be highlighted.

The product is amazing, and the pro account is pretty good, but the Advanced version is exceptional. It even tells you how many times an email is opened along with the email addresses of the people who opened it. Thats Amazing

I found Mailtrack to be a highly valuable tool while I was running my small business. However, due to personal reasons, I ended up closing my business and no longer required Mailtrack's services. When I struggled to cancel my subscription in time and ended up getting charged for another year (my fault, I'm not the best with tech) their support team was very helpful and refunded me right away. Overall, my experience with Mailtrack was very good, and if you need this type of service for your business, I highly recommend them.

It does not have bugs and is easy to navigate, but it is little costly.
