preposterous customs fee
After I paid for the magazine, I received a message from Bpost (Belgian mail company), asking for a €25 customs fee. That would mean one single Olive Magazine issue would cost me €37. I will have to have it returned to sender. Is there any way I can get my money back?

We are sorry you are unhappy with the Import/Custom fee`s, we understand this can be frustrating. Sadly these are out of our control and have become much more complicated since Brexit as each country has set its own rates.
It does explain in the T&C`s on the site that any customs or VAT fees are the responsibility of the customer and that you will need to pay them before receiving your parcel. I really wanted the option to cancel the magazine or at least move the subscription to one that I wanted as I only ever signed up for six months!

Massive scam
I am not the type to leave reviews AT ALL nevermind one star but I have not received my order which was meant to arrive on 24th of SEPTEMBER. There is no where to file a complaint or request a refund on any emails and when I tried to use the website it said the owner of the website has blocked me?? Such a scam and had the audacity to send an email asking “how did we do?” you did awful give me my money back

Not a good experience
Refund received after the review was posted.
I have pre-ordered the Good Food Christmas issue but then I realised the issue is included in my running subscription and hence I have cancelled the pre-order but not only I haven’t received the refund but I had no reply to my two enquiries asking for details about the refund. It looks to me this company is only interested in taking the money but not really interested in the level of service provided

Ive not received it yet, and have emailed and filled out their customer contact form and had no response. I ordered it on 13th September, it's now the 27th and I'd paid for first class delivery.

Total absence of customer service. Had to chase for a delivery date as tracking showed it had been with the courier for a week. They took 18 days to reply to my email and then only to ask had I received my delivery!! Why didn't they know?
