I bought a Magnum Double Gold Caramel Millionaire today, the first since last summer. Ironic title for an ice cream.
The size was two thirds what they used to be, and I see they are reduced in size on a regular basis. The price in the mean time had increased considerably. The press comments from Unilever giving reasons are corporte hot air. To reduce the size keeping increasing the price even, amounts to deception and the sort of practice that unscrupulous companies engage in. It is a sad state of affairs now that mainstream companies such as this are sailing very close to the legal wind pulling a fast one to satisfy the company bosses and share holders without the slightest consideration for the consumer. I will not be buying Magnum Ice creams ever again knowing that I am deliberately being ripped off.

The company needs to ensure there are 6 lollies as stated on the mini classic box. Twice I have only found 5 in the box. I purchase on a regular basis and it is so wrong to find only 5 items in the box.

Really disappointing, didn't taste of pistachio at all. Won't be buying again

Few months back they reduced the size of the ice-creams in the pack of 4 and now you only get 3 in a pack of the smaller ice-creams, a right rip off so used to purchase there ice-creams regally now will be giving them a miss as they are now not worth the money.

I was surprised to go shopping and find in the space of one week a box of magnums has gone from four units to three but the price is still £3.50. I bought a box because we like them and I was too shocked to choose something else, but then I discovered that not only have they removed one unit but they are smaller too with no difference in price. We have reluctantly decided as a family to boycott this brand now. I understand things are tough for everyone but I don't like the blatant profiteering that's going on with supermarkets and manufacturers and I won't be a victim to it, even if that means going without those favourite items. It must have cost the manufacturer money to change the box sizes and the molds to make the sticks smaller. I hope they lose money on it and lots of loyal customers decide enough is enough. No one likes to be scammed. We will have fun auditioning cheaper unbranded versions.

We had a magnum after ages and was disappointed that the size of the full size on a stick has shrunk significantly, yet they cost more! Absolute rip off (New Zealand). The minis are gone in 2 bites so are not even worth purchasing. We hardly eat them so want to enjoy the experience when we do. Going back to other NZ brands like tip top and Cadbury.

Not impressed with Magnum still selling their products in Russia. Same as the rest of Unilever products. They don't care about people being massacred in Ukraine.Just money

The ingredients in this tub is definitely not the same quality as the icecreams on the stick by Magnum.
cannot recommend this product the chocolate is not Belgium like it is sopposed to be the ice cream is like a no name brand you buy for a couple of dollars.
Very disappointing to say the least.

I have been buying your products since they hit the shops a long time and hundreds of them but now we'll there is not the taste in your ice cream as there should be what are you cutting out

Absolutely ridiculous !! I purchased a pack of 3 magnum double raspberry ice lollies & was disgusted with the size of the product I had to double check I hadn't purchased the mini magnums they are so small it makes you wonder how small can they go before people stop buying them I now buy cadbury as they are still a decent (adult) size

The ice cream was good, but the unrecyclable plastic tub is unacceptable. I had to get a magnifying glass to see the tiny recyclable number 5 on the bottom of container. What a joke. This company obviously doesn't care that the world in drowning in plastic. I'll never buy or recommend this companies products.

J'ai acheté dans un supermarché une boîte de 8 magnums en promotion. Sur le dessus de la boîte, il était noté 8 au lieu de 6. Quand j'ai ouvert la boîte, finalement elle n'en contenait que 6. J'ai contacté le service client sans réclamer un geste commercial. La personne a présenté ses excuses et m'a indiqué que je recevrai un bon de réduction. Je viens de réceptionner ce 1er octobre 2 bons. La promesse a été tenue. J'indique donc ci-dessous mon ressenti par rapport à cette enseigne.

Entreprise TRES REACTIVE. Service téléphonique au TOP. Respect du client. Bon suivi des remarques déposées. Geste commercial reçu comme promis.
JE RECOMMANDE TRES VIVEMENT CETTE ENTREPRISE.

The magnum white chocolate cookie in a tub is the best chocolate by magnum. It’s so tasty and when you crack the top layer of crispy white chocolate with Cookie in it it cracks like a sugary layer of Arctic ice and below is such creamy and soft chocolate with swirls of cookie chocolate cream. There is a surprise at the bottom of the tin. The chocolate layer appears again and has crept up the sides! Divine

Bastante mal este verano! La mayoría que he comprado estaban rotos o doblados. Haha no, que ha pasao!

I will never buy it again. They downsized the ice cream bars to all but mini`s . and the Sunday cups ,No hard shell chocolate on top in 2 containers and No Brown butter swirl . I bought them again and same thing.. It is ridiculous . I will buy Edy`s now...

Magnum ice creams have not only gone a lot smaller but the chocolate layer is a lot thinner
