Ordered a slim wallet in December ‘25. Received a fraudulent tracking number and never received the item. A total scam!

Ordered product over a month ago. When inquiring about arrival, keep getting unacceptable responses. This company is a complete SCAM. I am relegated to most likely never receiving product. STAY AWAY!!

I bought two items from this company and felt they were totally worth it, it was an incredibly enjoyable shopping experience.

Never received the item I ordered. DO NOT deal with this company

I purchased 2 items from this company. It took forever to get the items. Ordered May 6th and received June 1st, thats unacceptable. The items came and they did not fit like they advertised and were uncomfortable to use. I requested an immediate refund. After several emails back and forth including providing requested pictures, they offered a $3.00 refund on a $37.74 purchase. What a piece of crap company, DONT do business with them.

Failure to refund money for product I never received and they can’t provide shipping information. This is fraud.

Bull 💩 excuses and will not give money nor information I need.

People beware!!! Scam website. I purchased a small tool, but never arrived. Sent email and never got answer.

Ordered product, tracking info received, product never received and they won’t tell me the date that it was supposedly delivered. Tracking still says in transit. Do not purchase from the company, luckily I only lost $25. Internet has scam alert on this company, wish I’d read it sooner.

Scam, scam, scam! Beware people!
I have also had tracking notices for the pliers I ordered on 15th Dec, 23, last notice said it had arrived in Napier, NZ.
Always do homework on any Facebook sales as there is a lot of online stuff saying this is a scam.
Wish I’d read that first.

Tool not delivered. This is a scam company. Look at all the 5 star reviews below. They names all follow the same pattern - first name, middle initial, last name. All fake, every single one.

Ordered a muti tool on Dec 8 2023. No tracking or correspondence at all. Still not received. Is this company a scam?

All shipments come from China.got charged exchange fee of 5 dollars . Should have read the fine print. Never do business with them again. Item still in Germany.

They fit me the way I like them to fit. The colors are beautiful.

Mailed out a broken and scratched phone case. As it was sent to my PO Box it took me a couple of days to get it. When I complained and sent them photos etc as requested after days of drawn out “we need to have a photo of the damage” “we need to have a photo of the packaging” “we need to have a photo of a QR code that was on the phone case” etc they then tell me it was too long ago to issue a refund. Save your money. The case is crap and unusable and given their customer service you have no recourse when they send you damaged goods.
