The most unnecessary store
The biggest load of rubbish. I ordered from them once and never again. First of all, they deduct more money than stated. When you want to return something, they simply want you to cover all the company's costs or even waive your right to return it altogether. If you contact customer service, they just keep harping on about their "rights." The main thing is that everywhere it says "we are not liable for anything." You don't get a return label. You also have to pay the return shipping costs yourself and figure out who will accept the return if it's a high-value item (DHL won't accept it for private shipments). They just want to keep the money. Unfortunately, I was stupid and ordered from them for nothing. I hope I get my money back!

Used to be a good company.. now I just paid $40 for an order I didn’t even get anything from. All the dresses were so unflattering on anyone that’s not stick skinny. They don’t show models that have curves like normal people so I was shocked when I tried them on my body (not even chubby, just a little curvy). You have to pay for shipping, refunds, and package protection. Just all around horrible experience. Will not purchase from them again.

I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. What you see online is much different than what you imagine you ordered.
Corrupt company
Corrupt company. I purchased a dress and when I tried to return it within the allotted time, I was denied. The company stated my item was final sale, when there was never any note of final sale. I showed my reciept to further prove this. The matter was escalated to the owner, Suzanne, who was dismissive and refused to help.
Overly priced very cheap material Insane return policy
Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered a dress and when it came I was blown away by how cheap the material was and it was completely see through. The pattern itself was the only thing that was accurate from the description. Its literally not wearable otherwise. Upon investigating the return process I was made to discover they're charging me a 5 dollar restocking fee plus shipping costs. This is ridiculous and not worth it. You can get dresses 100x nicer at Revolve or shop bop or a number of other companies with free returns and no restocking fee. Not only am i severely disappointed with this dress but now im losing about 15 dollars on the return. Insane. avoid at all costs.
Horrible customer service - RESA is refusing to refund me and it still has possession of the order. I requested a refund and neither refund nor reply has been provided yet.
I’ve been trying to contact RESA through email and phone since July 16, 2025, and no one replied to me back.

On June 30, 2025, RESA customer service, which I believe was the same person, replied to me back:

We are sorry your item did not work out for you. Not to worry, you can process a return request here. If your order falls within the return policy you should receive an approval within 1 business day.

On July 16, 2025, RESA customer service, Caroline - identified only as her first name - informed:

I hope you are well. We found that the item you are returning has signs of wear and did not pass our sanitary inspection. Not to worry, we are happy to ship this item back to you.

Few minutes after I read this email - the same day I received it - I replied to them, and no one answered me back!
Frustrated with the whole situation, I sent RESA customer service Caroline another email on June 17, 2025. Again, no answer from RESA customer service has been given to me.
I’ve also contacted the founder, Suzanne Marchese, on July 18, 2024, with the following message through email:

I hope your day is progressing well.
The RESA company and its representative's handling of guests' needs has intrigued me!
RESA company’s operation is entirely comprehensible. However, the company's indifference to taking any further steps in order to achieve an efficient back-end process have been evident from the circumstances I have experienced in the past couple of days.
Caroline from customer service contacted me via email on July 16, 2025, at 20:09 pm informing me that the refund was denied because I had used the product. Absurdly unfair!
I didn't use it in a way that is not in accordance with the return policy. I just tried the product, the one I bought ONLINE! Clearly, the product arrived on June 27, 2025; I contacted RESA to have support on how to request the refund properly on June 28, 2025 – which took a few days to get back to me; The product was addressed back to RESA with the original tag.
After reading Caroline's email, I replied on the same day and the day after, but I am still waiting for the refund and a response.

Overpriced Cheaply Made & Poor Customer Support
I've purchased a numerous items from Resa over the years (usually not directly from their site but through retailers such as Revolve).
After spending $400+ on one outfit set, the single pair of $148 pants came sewn off seam and creating a weird gap/not symmetrical with the other side of the pant. After requesting either a discount on the damaged item or an exchange for the same item I have spent over a week getting the run around from their customer support team who refuses to do either because they can't "see" the issue in the image...which is tough to showcase on such a loud print.
Honestly ridiculous service, slow to respond, zero empathy what so ever and clearly these items are made in cheap China factories and wildly overpriced.
I will not be purchasing from Resa ever again.

I've purchased so many pieces from Resa over the years, and each one continues to impress me. Her eye for detail is unmatched—every item is thoughtfully curated and elegant. You can truly feel the love and intention she pours into the brand through the craftsmanship, quality, and unique design of each piece. If you like being triple-charged for a single item—even when the order doesn’t go through—this is the shop for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and back away slowly.
I checked my bank statement and it looked like I’d taken out a small loan for a mesh top. When I brought it up? Gaslighting. The kind that makes you question your entire reality. The “customer service” (if you can even call it that) is a black hole of ego and denial, led by someone who confuses leadership with condescension.
Now for the grand finale: I paid $138 for a see-through mesh dress that came with pennies sewn into the cowl neck. Yes, actual coins. They clinked when I walked. They glinted in photos. I looked like a malfunctioning slot machine. When I pointed this out, they acted like that’s how it’s supposed to be. Like I’d just discovered avant-garde fashion for peasants.
The seams? Uneven. The tag? Crooked and sewn on like a bad DIY craft project. The response? “You’re being combative.” Right. Because I inserted loose change into my own clothing for kicks.
This place is a masterclass in how not to run a business. If you enjoy overpaying for chaos and being treated like a toddler having a tantrum, by all means—go for it. The rest of us will be shopping where quality control and accountability are still a thing.

I ordered two dresses from here. They never came and Resa refuses to return the full amount I paid. I will not be shopping here again.
Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with RESA. I purchased a top in size Small after carefully reviewing their size chart, which claimed it would fit a bust size of 33–34 inches. However, when I received the item, it was far too small(26" to be accurate)—clearly not true to size.
I reached out to customer service via email and was initially responded to, but when I followed up to request a return or exchange, I received no further replies. I even tried contacting them through social media (Instagram and Facebook) and still got no response.
By the time I realized they wouldn’t respond, the window to file a credit card dispute had passed. Now I’m stuck with an item I can’t wear, no refund, and no accountability from the company.
Their size chart was misleading, and their lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve the issue shows poor customer care. I cannot recommend this company and would advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

Awful customer service and lies about shipping
This company makes you pay for shipping depending on how many days you want it to arrive. I paid for four day shipping to get a dress for my birthday. Then got notification the delivery time was going to be 10 days. When i reached out about that they were very condescending and rude. They told me only 3 and 2 day shipping is guaranteed. I literally screenshotted what it say and it does not say anything different for 4 day shipping and does not say estimated. Awful response and awful customer service. Will not shop here again.
Horrible design and the worst customer…
Horrible design and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Entitled, egotistical, and just greedy. Ally and the owner were condescending and unwilling to help with a refund with a bathing suit top. I understand policies, but nothing else fit in the price range for an exchange except for another size of the bathing suit top, but i had tried all sizes and still none fit. It was due to the horrible design as to why nothing was fitting me. Anyway, they are an entitled company! Beware if you have any issues because they know nothing about customer service or honoring customers who support them.
Rudest Customer Service and Owner
As others have commented, stay away from this brand. The quality is cheap, but the real reason I won't ever shop here again is because of their customer service, specifically their rude owner.
I bought a dress from their website that had all five star reviews on their website and then I was truly shocked at the low quality of the dress for the high price tag when the dress arrived. I returned the dress and attempted to leave an honest review on their website. Weeks passed by and I didn’t see my review so I reached out to them and asked where my review was. Their response was, “As a company we have the choice of which reviews we wish to publish. As this dress has been a constant bestseller and something we have restocked time and time again, we choose not to publish the reviews that are outliers.”
I replied and let them know that I appreciated their honesty about how they post reviews but was disappointed that their overall policy is not honest. When they only post good, five star reviews and not the other reviews, they are a)telling their customers that if they don’t agree with the majority then their opinion doesn’t matter and b) they’re being dishonest with their potential customer base about the product they are looking to buy. Resa responded that they aren’t doing anything dishonest. When I tried to share my experience with other customers on Instagram (because they weren’t going to post my honest review) but sharing in the comments section, Resa blocked me.
Again, buyer beware. Do not trust the reviews on their website, since they aren’t sharing all the reviews with you and they’re just picking the ones that sound the best to share. They see nothing wrong with this practice and they absolutely do not care about what you have to say as a customer.
Update: the owner of this small business proceeded to call me and tell me that I had been blocked on Instagram because I was spamming in the comments and that, no, outlier comments do not matter. I’ll add that I have never been spoken to with such an aggressive attitude by someone in customer service.
I hope future customers think twice about supporting a business that does not have accurate information on their website about their products and picks and chooses the reviews they will post, and then will rudely tell you your opinion doesn’t matter.
This is the absolute worst online…
This is the absolute worst online website to shop at. Be aware! Be aware that the clothes are not worth the amount of money you are paying,and that if you end up returning (which most likely you will because sizing is off and clothes are mostly see through) remember you will pay a restock fee, plus a shipping fee for receiving it and for sending it back so all together is a lot of waisted money. The owner of this brand — i believe her name is Suzanne, is a person that couldnt care less about you as a customer,she only cares to charge you as much as she can, and she can be extremely rude. Stay away people im warning you! ⚠️

This isn’t about the products, but about customer service. The owner should resign from customer service as she’s clearly incapable of accepting criticism/feedback. Had an unpleasant phone call regarding a review I left, I could barely get a word in she was so defensive, condescending and rude. Couldn’t believe I was being spoken to in such a way as a first time customer. I will never order from here again nor recommend this company. I fully understand the other poor reviews on customer service.
