Since it didn’t work as expected, I paid €39 trying to restore old photos, but the results were extremely poor — there was almost no improvement in image quality. I strongly do not recommend it. It’s basically a scam.

I paid for this last year and still cannot log in to use it

Utilisé pour améliorer une photo HD (6991x4221px) pour une impression en grand format. Malheureusement, l'application est inutilisable car la taille de l'image est trop élevée (max: 25.3M pixels) pour pouvoir l'utiliser. Très déçu, d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de possibilité de tester avant d'acheter. Dans mon cas, je me suis tourné vers une autre application (Topa...) qui, elle, n'est pas limitée par rapport à la taille du fichier.

Je viens laisser un avis très positif sur deux IA, Leonardo.ai et Magnific.ai. Effectivement, j'ai oublié de désactiver temporairement mes abonnements, j'ai donc été prélévé pas ses deux IA presque au même moment. Les deux personnes en charge de la comptabilité, du support, n'ont pas attendu pour me rembourser en quelques heures, jours. En plus d'être des entreprises honnetes et sérieuses, leurs IA sont très avancées, de très bonnes qualité. Je reviendrai, assurement ! Vous pouvez vérifier mon compte et mes avis, je suis un vrai utilisateur, directeur d'agence web, et je suis strict et impartial dans mes avis. Vous pouvez donc signer les yeux fermés.

The site is horrible. It’s slow, and the AI is horrible at making anything. It’s not even close to something simple like Microsoft designer of all things. The upscale is good also. Glad I got it on Black Friday, it’s still a huge waste of money

I decided to give this service another chance, even though I already had my doubts in the past.

Well, I deeply regret it.

I didn’t think it was possible to reach such a low level.

I spent a fortune on 6,000 credits, never used them, and three weeks later, my balance was down to zero. Gone.

POOF. No explanation whatsoever.

I tried reaching out to customer service… and here’s the most ridiculous part: IT DOESN'T EXIST.

No response. No emails, no phone number, no support. It’s as if they’ve built a wall to block you out once they’ve got your money.

And let’s not even talk about the quality. They promise to enhance your photos, to provide a unique experience… but the reality couldn’t be further from that. Out of 10 images, if you get one decent result, you’re lucky.

If you’re considering using this service, don’t. It’s not just a bad service, it’s legalized theft. They take your money and leave you with absolutely nothing.

Trust me, don’t make the same mistake I did.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience using Magnific AI. I initially turned to the service for upscaling and quality enhancement of my images, but the results were far from impressive. In fact, I achieved significantly better outcomes using open-source solutions locally, without incurring additional costs.

The pricing model is particularly frustrating. The platform operates on a credit system, where credits are used to rent GPU time. However, if you don’t use all your credits within a month, they expire—even if the GPU wasn’t utilized. To me, this feels misleading, if not outright unfair, and reflects poorly on their business practices.

Additionally, the service is overpriced for what it delivers, and contacting their support is an ordeal. If you need assistance, be prepared for a long and frustrating process.

In summary, I cannot recommend Magnific AI. It fails to deliver value for money, lacks transparency, and offers a subpar user experience. One star, and even that feels generous.

All the hype for very marginal results. Also these guys literally sell Black Forest Labs's FLUX AI model as if it was their own (they wrapped FLUX and called it Mystic V2). So shady, stay away from everything they do.

It's way too expensive for what it is. Not very flexible way of getting credits or cancelling the subscription.

First of all, I really enjoy using Magnific AI and look forward to their growth and technical improvements.
My problem is their Terms of Service: "Unused monthly/yearly Tokens does not roll over." So, if you have unused tokens [that you already paid for] at the end of a period - either monthly or annually - they are GONE forever. Wiped out. Deleted. I found this out the hard way when my $99/mo. subscription went unused while I was out the country and because I hadn't used them, all 6500 tokens vanished. While I will continue to use Magnific AI, I am sincerely disappointed with this policy as retaining our unused tokens would cost Magnific absolutely NOTHING, but costs us, the users, hard cash simply because we couldn't beat the clock. The takeaway is ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT.

It’s ok as an upscale.

Pros: does up scaling and you can modify the hallucinations to get things right. Style transfer is also cool to test out

Cons: credits don’t roll over if you cancel subscription, which is a problem for casuals - who want to use it once in a while, upscale can blur or leave some weird texture/artifacts when zooming in

It’s best to use if your in the industry and need it for a project, small scale things I don’t think are worth the investment especially if your a hobby or part time because you don’t keep the credits. Quality wise, it will take a few runs to get it right,

I have been a loyal customer of Magnific AI for months and was very happy with the service. Until randomly one day they demanded that I renew my subscription when I still have over 3,000 credits remaining. Since I did not opt to buy more credits, they cancelled my subscription and took away all of those credits. No refund, no contact.

Magnific AI offers 3 subscriptions at very high prices: 39€ / month: 100 to 200 upscales / month
95€ / month : 250 to 550 upscales / month
or 290€ / Month : 800 to 1600 upscales / month
If you pay by credit card, Magnific AI adds VAT as an additional tax. For my test, I chose the 39€/month subscription, but I paid 46.80€. A nasty surprise!

In comparison, Topaz is $199 ( €185) / year for unlimited upscales! So much cheaper for as many upscales as you want!

Magnific AI renders landscapes well, but I wasn't satisfied with faces. For example, beard hairs turn into pinpricks, freckles into pustules, etc... With creativity on 1, one hand turned into a glove. So it takes quite a few tries to get a relatively correct result. And trials require tokens, which go fast.

If you stop your subscription, the tokens not used during the one-month period are taken away from you by Magnific AI! I had around 400 upscales left to use, but Magnific AI took them away from me.

So I tried to contact Support, which is very difficult to find as there is no visible Support button on the site. You have to go to billing to find the e-mail address to contact. I explained my situation to them and asked for a commercial gesture. This was refused.

In conclusion, I feel I've been ripped off by Magnific AI: price higher than advertised, disappointed by half the upscales performed, invisible customer service, no retention of upscale tokens.

I much prefer Adobe Photoshop and Topaz for their reliability, quality and prices.

It is a problem-solving organization with a very high level of interest and concern.

Sadly this isn't that great, Theres a lot of TikTok people promoting this, but sadly they are thinking about their affiliate wage or likes.
Adobe Photoshop is miles better than this, you get loads of editing tools and 1/3 cheaper.
Stupidly I forgot to cancel the 2nd payment of £35 monthly payments

Best website for upscaling, 10/10 customer service and 10/10 top-shelf product.
