We bought the screen online and it arrived within a few days, fitting was simple. The product is excellent and we are now free to enjoy our conservatory without the flying insects.
Highly recommended.

Super easy to install and works great. A little measuring and a little cutting and this thing is up in 30 minutes. I put it in a bathroom window so I was a little nervous the strip would stop sticking because of the moisture but a lot of hot showers later and it’s still holding strong! Great product for a great price!

Don’t bother, we spent £70 on a made to measure premium product. Lasted 2 months before tearing with minimal use. Contacted the company to be told ‘you can have 20% off your next order’. No thanks, I’ll buy one for a tenner for the hardware store and just replace it if it tears!

Beware of this website, it is not in UK, it is in fact a Thailand company, but they use co.uk to con consumers like you and me - I'm now caught with a 60% import duty and tax of £31 for a flyscreen of £52, not knowing that i can buy a similar flyscreen in uk for £25 including delivery. This is cheating UK consumers! Our government should take action against this website!

Beware. They are in breach of numerous parts of UK legislation in that you only discover the return address (Thailand) after you try to return goods. They also purport to charge a fee for returns which is illegal. The seller is in Thailand so not worth pursuing but your credit card company is in the UK and covered by the FCA regulations. You can go to them and/or initiate a chargeback. If enough people do this they may lose their credit card facilities.
In the small print they say the goods are sent as samples to avoid VAT and duty so I imagine HMRC would be interested in their activities

AVOID! This website is so highly misleading it is a hairsbreadth away from being a scam. They cover themselves in the small print (that you won't have any context for until after you have been gotcha'd).

Website badging and admin office location make the business appear to be UK based. This creates the illusion that products are already in the UK, ready for dispatch with free shipping over £50.

In fact, they are shipped from Thailand with the buyer responsible for expensive customs/import fees. The possibility of import fees is not flagged and not estimated on the summary page before you check out (in the way they are on other websites e.g. Amazon) so it comes as an post-order surprise from the courier after the product has shipped.

This is when you read the website's cancellation policy only to discover that you can no longer cancel, their returns policy is very unfavourable and would incur further costs.

Be aware of added duty fees not mentioned when paying. I was asked to pay nearly £50 duty fees for £130 order. If you want to cancel the order they charge you £30 fee. Don't be fooled by Union Jack flags plastered all over their website, the aren't UK based so you are liable for the duty fees. Free delivery is just a trick to make you think that this is all you'll be paying.

Falsely advertised. They say they are a UK company but I looked up head office and its permanently closed. Screens come from thailand. No point in sending it back as it would cost too much. Fitted the screen and the wind blew it open, it doesn't even connect to the magnets when there is no wind. Terrible company avoid at all cost.

Utter rubbish product. Going to cost me more to send it back (Thailand + £29 admin fee!) than what I paid for item. This site is clearly a con. Picture and reviews implied this was better quality but you’ll find the same cheap product elsewhere for half the price. Wish I’d checked them out here first.

Shocking product quality, with shocking customer service to match. These products are made for about 10p in Thailand and come ready creased on arrival. Avoid this company like the plague.

I have been trying to get a refund for over 5 months.

Awful product and customer service. The magnetic insect screen fell to pieces after a few weeks. I emailed the company with feedback and photos. After two weeks and no response, I emailed again. They acknowledged my email and said they were escalating my concern to the resolution department. That was over a month ago. I have since followed up with two more emails and have received no response. Based on other reviews, this is pretty consistent. Be aware that this company operates under several different names such as FlyScreensDIY and MagneticInsectScreen. They seem to be an offshoot of buyfactory.direct. If the customer support email ends @customersupport.care then be very wary.

Purchased a window screen and two custom sized door screens. Window screen arrived first. Yes you do have to cut them to size and it is quite fiddly but once fitted we were really pleased. Thought that if the door screens were of the same standard we would be quite happy. Ordered via their custom size section of the website. Followed their instructions that 2 cm needed to be added on each side for the trim, noted that 1 cm +/- tolerance on measurements. Except when they arrived one was 3 cm too wide and the other 2 cm too wide. Our doors are recessed so these need to be at the measurements we provided, they are not and they don't fit. Contacted the company three times. Was sent a link to a YouTube video telling you to fold it over and use a stapler to adapt it! Not good for £145 worth of door screens. Attempted to follow up but they are now not responding to emails. Really terrible way to treat customers. If you aren't capable of measuring something properly on a custom order then don't offer custom sized products!!!!

Bought a window fly screen which I paid extra for to have "custom made". When it arrived there were no straight edges and it was just a piece if mesh shoved in a bag which I had to cut to size along with the frame!! Nowhere near worth the £67 I paid. Website says you can have a no quibble refund if you're not happy but despite 6 emails and being told I hadn't fitted it correctly!! I'm still waiting for my money back. When I placed the order they got back to me quickly but its been more than 2 months and I keep getting fobbed off. Poor poor service. Avoid.
