However shipping is from Bangkok- which you cannot find out before purchase. You therefore end up paying hidden additional import fees and processing fees and long delayed shipping. Avoid.

no refunds for bespoke orders
No refunds for bespoke cut-to-size orders, but every order they do is bespoke, what a scam!!
Do not listen to their comments below, they scam people online by not allowing refunds.
Then they come here and reply with idiotic nessages.
Every scammer says they are not scammers, they are good people.
If they are not scammers, why did they just not refund the money?
They are so good at this that not even the bank managed to get my money back!
You can imagine they really worked on this.
Stay away or buy at your own risk!

We have read your updated review. We do not operate a blanket “no refunds” policy, and describing the business as a scam is not an accurate representation of our returns process.
Under UK consumer rules, products manufactured or cut to a customer’s individual measurements may be treated differently from standard products when someone simply changes their mind. This does not remove a customer’s statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the product, its specifications and the reason for the requested return.
We cannot control, influence or take responsibility for decisions made independently by your bank or payment provider. Their decision regarding your dispute was theirs alone, following their own assessment and procedures.

Avoid this company
I foolishly bought a window blind from this company for a house in France and paid for express delivery. The web page pretended the company was active in France but several days after the order was placed I was informed for the first time that I would have to pay a customs charge of €26. I was unable to cancel the order because I could not contact the seller. The delivery arrived several days late. I have been unable to get a copy of the instructions. Please avoid this company, which is based in Thailand despite pretending to have a Paris office.

I'm a DIY "hands on" person and I enjoyed crafting and fitting these insect screens. I found the product cleverly designed and doesn't distract from the modernity of our home. When fitting don't rush, take your time, miter the corners and achieve the professional fit and finish. We ordered white and we were surprised when grey netting arrived, however, the grey against the white window frame gives a dark edging effect which we like.

Great investment
This is my third purchase from this company. The magnetic door fly screen is brilliant. Keeps those pesky houseflies out. I can leave my door open for the dogs to come and go. I can't fault the product and it's easy to install. (The only reason for third purchase, I have retriever pup, quite boisterous, came flying down the garden, not stopping and took the bottom part of screen with her)

Don't buy these folks
Don't buy these folks! They are a bit fiddly to do but just under a year later, one of the fly screens has come apart completely, I've taken it down and will throw away. The rubber has split! The other one is kind of up, but won't last for ever. SAVE YOUR TIME/MONEY!

Good but not as great as it was before
I purchased this product when they used long framed strips and not this cheap frame that comes rolled up. Was much better and easier to use than the rolled up frame which is very flimsy and not as easy to work with. Still does the job though but not as good as it was.

Love these. I have One on 3 windows of mine, so the cat is safe and I have tonnes of air in my bedroom and spare room.
The magnetic screens stay up most of the time, unless there is huge wind. And they look nice, just make the windows a tad darker.
Soo much better and easier to make than a British company that are well known.
