My utmost gratitude!
I just received my noctis jacket, it was well worth the wait, the small details match the video game so closely, its clearly something that isn't slapped together, and has considerable work put into it, I want to thank everyone who was apart of the delivery process, from the pepole who tailored the coat, to the international shipping team, this genuinely made me happy, thank you.

Mistaken company name - disregard this review
24/03 Hopefully soon to be rectified, but at present yet to receive a response from emails and Instagram message when trying to track down my order, so please do get in touch Magic Wardrobes! My order was placed 8th March paying extra for a 3-5 day express delivery, for an upcoming event, required by 31st March. Payment was taken immediately on order. Hopefully you can respond, deliver and we can improve on this rating. Thank you
25/ 03 Thank you for your prompt reply Tim, I agree this does indeed look to be a different company "MagicWardrobes" ...who interestingly have now replied, following querying where goods are through PayPal... .though not yet resolved...no goods and no refund as yet...
I wish you well with Magic Wardrobe and am Happy for this review to be removed.
If that is not possible, anyone reading please disregard it....but DO be very wary entirely separate company MagicWardrobes!!

Besvarelse fra Magic Wardrobe
Hi Suzanne,
I am sorry to inform you that you have rated us wrongly and probably confused us with another shop. We are a streetwear shop from Germany and did not receive an order under your name or from the UK on 8th of March. We have also not received any emails or Instagram messages. We always answer them within 24 hours. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Lastly, it is not possible to choose express shipping at checkout. However, I hope that your complaint will be resolved.
Kind regards,
Tim
Your crap at dealing with complaints…
Your crap at dealing with complaints and customers align with refund, I have been waiting for a refund since October last year yet you guys won’t do anything or even contact me to let me know what’s is happening
Worse place I have ever shopped and will never return again

Hi Joanna,
as with Chris's review from October 2021, I must state that you are mistaking us and therefore falsely accusing us. We have not received any such request - nor can I find any order under your name given here. A return is of course possible without any problems according to our return policy, including a full refund if your case really existed. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. I hope that your problem with the refund in question will be resolved.
Best,
Tim
