I pre ordered a batman costume, it finally arrived and it was just a cape, so I went back to the website that and looked at what I ordered and the description has completely changed on the website. It's nothing like it was when I ordered the full costume. I believe this site to be a scam, I would strongly urge people to steer away from purchasing from them. Now I'm having difficulty getting a refund, not fun.

Actually awful company with even worse customer service. I am actually begging you to save yourself the trouble and buy from anyone else. I have never had a worse experience with a company. Order from CosHD instead, their customer service is great and the cosplays are amazing quality.

I purchased two Spider-Man costumes for my twin son’s birthday. I even paid express deliver of USD 28.50. It’s gone past a month and nothing has arrived. This is a hoax company. Do not shop with them. I keep emailing to find out where my order is and I only get responses with false promises. Ridiculous. How can I complain about them. I want my money bad. Absolutely robbing sods.

Keep an good eye on this company and your items. Not to be trusted .

I ordered shoulder pads from them, it stated a long delivery time, I didn't think they meant business days. Yes it took a while but the product arrived, looks good and decent value. All in all I was impressed by them.

Overpriced. They DO NOT deliver on time at all. I’m five days away from when I need my order which I made fifteen days ago and it’s still processing. I’ve sent emails, and haven’t gotten a single response. I will never order from them again. EVER!
