Seemee 508 is excellent - cust service could be better.
Bought the Seemee 508 which is excellent. Only issue is that I paid for 48 hour delivery, but there was no stock so they couldn't meet that. No communication either to advise. Tried using the contact form on the website by got no reply. I managed to find an email address on someone else's Trust Pilot review which I tried and was replied to immediately late on a Saturday evening. So that was great. But would have been good to have been told straight away that I'm would have to wait 10 days.

Hasn't been delivered yet, & I've not heard anything about when it will be. On 06 May I was told it had been received & was being processed - & nothing since then. Can't see a way to track it (though I have an order number0.

Lights were a no show...no refund!
After 2 items seemingly getting lost by Royal Mail I now have no lights and to date have not been refunded the £76 I have spent.

Probably not worth the cost.
Had to pay customs, wasnt informed at checkout. Instructions are limited and hard to follow. Product wont pair with remote control or my phone. Product gets worryingly hot.

My personal experience with MagicShine®…
My personal experience with MagicShine® it’s very positive last October I ordered a ray two 600 B a great little light until recently.
I had some issues with overheating and intermittent Bluetooth connection. I emailed Nick the managing director who replied in a very positive manner. He asked me to return the light which I did by Royal mail tracked and just over a week later I received a new replacement. all correspondence was done on email.

Magicshine rn3000 bike light and mount
I bought the Magicshine rn3000 bike light. The light worked well, but the mount broke off just going down a road. I ordered a new mount which also broke off with no force applied against it, the mount on the light itself also broke off. I emailed them awhile ago and still received no response, and I have been trying to get the issue resolved. Since the product didn't function as it was supposed to I need a refund, as I have not been able to use the light for about half the time I've had it.

Seemee 300
Seemee 300. It's a bright light and feels solid but the user experience is poor. It's difficult to know what mode you are in - it seems to change of its own accord and there's no mode indication. The charging port is of a poor design which doesn't keep water out and thus the light gets damaged with no prospect of a warranty return. I wouldn't buy again.

Looking at the Warranty report and Pictures, I can See that the charging port was not secured on your Seeme 300 you sent in for a claim, as mentiotion in our terms and conditions. "Warranty does not cover consequential damage, damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. Water damage from incorrct usage ie.charging ports not secured peoplerly will invalidate warranty on all products"
The picutures clearly show water/dirt residue behind the charging seal with corroded ports.
We then again tested the seal when secured and No water ingressed into this port. As this was Not a manufactriores defeact the Claim was Invalid.

I ordered a product from this website over a month ago and I still have not received it. I have tried to contact customer support multiple times, but they have not responded to my emails.
I am very disappointed with the service I have received from this website. I would not recommend buying from them to anyone.
