Beware' I am leaving a bad review, because no one answers you. I am not sure if this company has customer service. I no longer want this service. It promised 3000 apps. The apps that I used are gone, the service is not what it was when it was Galaxy. I have been trying for months to cancel it. I clicked the cancellation button and it doesn't work! Can you please cancel this service! I don't want to billed for another year.

I signed up for Galaxy.ai and was promised certain set of features and how credits were used.

Then without my permission they changed their offering with Magica. No longer could I use the AI tool I wanted to use. They decide that for me now. The time to answer questions has increased significantly.

The cost for the answers has also increased.

In short the forced migration from Galaxy.ai to Magica has not been smooth or pleasant.

The core product I paid for is different and features were stripped. This is breach of contract and has been completely misleading.

And no one ever comes onto the chats I initiated to discuss this.

I do not like the new format in magica I want to choose what tools I use not have someone else decide for me

App just gets better and more useful and easier to use as time goes on. I was just using it for fun but it's added so many useful app integrations that now it's part of my daily workflow. Lots of options and does what I need. I would like a feature for credits to be refunded if my first video creation is a little off but it's usually good enough. the lifetime access deal o got was definitely worth it.

Galaxi.ai was really solid. I signed up for a full year - thankfully not lifetime access. You used to be able to 'win' credits daily; that's gone. You used to be able to choose what models and constraints you wanted; that's gone too.
They went from being a DIY to a "we do it for you" black-box agent-only site. Not a good change. Their response is basically tough.

I've spent a lot of money over the years on courses, tools, and platforms trying to build out digital products and content for my business, so I'm honestly picky about what earns a spot in my workflow. Magica has surprised me.

What stands out most is how much it handles in one place. I can generate images, put together video content, get help with copy, and even run more technical tasks without bouncing between five different apps and subscriptions. For someone managing product creation, marketing content, and behind-the-scenes admin work solo, that consolidation alone is worth it.

A few things I appreciate specifically:

- It actually follows detailed instructions instead of flattening everything into generic output.
- The content generation quality (images and video) is genuinely usable, not just a rough draft I have to redo.
- It's flexible enough to handle both quick one-off tasks and bigger multi-step projects.
- Customer-facing content comes out looking polished rather than obviously "AI generated."

The learning curve is mild since it can do a lot, but once you get a feel for how to prompt it, it becomes a real extension of your own creative process rather than a tool you fight with.

I'd recommend it to anyone running a small business or building digital products who wants quality output without hiring out every single task.

I purchased the Galaxy AI lifetime plan. It was a wonderful interface with a fast workflow and all the 3rd party AI tools that I needed.

Yet, they rebranded to Magica, and decided to remove most of the tools. They try to let everyone use their chat agent which is low quality but will eat most if not all of your credits fast when you use that.

They hide the individual tools that they now call nodes.

I originally gave a one star review because I was not seeing where the individual tools went because they were hard to find.

I still like the interface for my image generations.

I don't like the fact that Magica offers incentives to users to write positive reviews (up to 15 dollars in credit per review) That's why you see so many 5 star reviews. It's against Trust Pilot's rules.

I was a sceptic when I signed up as other platforms hallucinated or censored you without cause or explanation but still took your credits. I was using several platforms to undertake different tasks each with its common and unique glitches. Magica I can do everything I need to on the one platform and I am not penalised for glitches or hallucinations.

I’ve really enjoyed using Magica and think it’s one of the best all-in-one AI platforms available. The price is very competitive compared to paying for multiple AI subscriptions, and having so many models and tools in one place is incredibly convenient.

My biggest frustration is the credit system. High-quality image and video generations can consume an enormous number of credits, especially when you’re trying to fine-tune a result or generate consistent UGC content. It can become expensive very quickly, and failed or inaccurate generations still use credits.

I’d love to see a better credit refund system for failed generations and a true product lock feature that keeps uploaded products pixel-perfect during image and video creation. If those improvements were made, this would easily be a 5-star platform.

Overall, I still recommend Magica because the quality and variety of tools are excellent—just be prepared for how fast credits can disappear if you’re generating a lot of content.

Absolute scam. I purchased the 399 lifetime subscription for galaxy ai. Great tools and good interface. Credit structure was reasonable. Promised lifetime access. They rebranded and changed to Magica, removed tools and interface, upped the number of credits for each session to exorbitant amounts. I suspect this company will fold. Classic bait and switch.

Find a better solution, since they rebranded it has been a hassle to use this platform. The terrible results that you get 80% of the time is yours to keep, and they will NOT give your credits back for unusable content. It takes a ton of credits to do anything! Support will not even respond to tickets. Surprised they are still around after infringing on Samsung's "Galaxy AI" brand.

As someone who uses AI a lot for work, I've found Magica to be amazingly cost effective compared to subscribing to various AI models - I basically now have access to all the tools I could ever need all on one platform! Would highly recommend if you're a big AI user.

Nope! I'm moving out. The recent changes to the platform (not scheduled with users, just dumped it on us), the unfair credit usage, and the lack of tech support for my many inquiries have compelled me to write this review.

Ever since they rebranded from Galaxy AI to Magica, it has been an absolute nightmare. When it was Galaxy, things started off pretty well (even if it was a little confusing at first). Their main pitch was that you could actually choose your own AI model and learn how each one works. Now, you can't. You are forced to use "Magica Auto" or "Magica Max." The ability to choose a less expensive version for simpler chats has completely disappeared.

To make matters worse, they give you 15 million credits for their normal tier pricing, which sounds like a lot, but you can easily use it all up with just one chat in a single day now. I am taking my business elsewhere.

There was a learning curve for me once galaxy.ai changed to Magica, but I can say that I am well pleased with the results of all of the tasks I initiated in the platform. I do miss the homepage navigation tools from Galaxy, but I will continue my service. I have been using the platform to create ads, reels, and images for my wellness business. The quality of the tasks completed does seem enhanced then before. I am excited to continue to learn more about this platform and how it can support my business.

I've been using Magica for quite a while now, and overall I'm very happy with the app. The image quality, ease of use, and variety of creative tools make it one of the best AI art apps I've tried. The developers have clearly put a lot of effort into creating a smooth and enjoyable user experience.

The main reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the removal of the calendar with the daily free credits. It was a great feature that encouraged users to open the app every day and experiment with new creations. Since it was removed, the app feels a little less rewarding for regular users.

That said, Magica is still an excellent app, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in AI-generated art. I just hope the developers consider bringing back some form of daily rewards in the future.

Update: they have an option where if you leave a honest review you can get credits from magica. Well i left this one star review and then told magica i left it. They then initially told me i was not eligible to get the credits unless i changed my review to a 4 or 5 star review. The fact they tried to bribe me for a positive review let me know that many of these reviews may not be honest. I looked up guidelines and found out it is against ftc laws to offer credits for only positive reviews. When i told them about it they then tried to give me some credits but not the full credits for the review. This company is dishonest and i don't trust these reviews. I took screenshots and reporting them for this bad behavior.

I bought their lifetime deal about six months ago, back when they were called Galaxy AI. Even then, the credit costs were high, but the ability to redeem free daily credits and use rollover credits made the deal feel worthwhile.

After they rebranded as Magica AI, the credit costs increased dramatically and the free daily credits were removed. For example, a single 1080p Seedance video now costs 6 million credits, compared with 3 million credits previously.

The lifetime deal only provides 15 million credits per month, which now works out to roughly two 1080p Seedance videos a month. That is a very poor value, especially when other lifetime deals at a similar price can allow around 10 videos per month.

In my experience, the value of this deal has dropped significantly since the rebrand. I would avoid it unless they restore more reasonable credit pricing or bring back meaningful free-credit options.

The platform is a scam...I was speaking with the chat about creating a video but when the chat quoted the amount of credits needed I did not approve. The chat stated I was not charged and/or no credits used but I kept attaching images showing each response was deducting credits. Chat generator keep stating I was incorrect no credits used. Reached out to chat support and was told that I was charged for video generation. I did not generate any video. The platform is a scam

I have been amazed at how helpful this ai tool is! I am a little "tech challenged" and Magica makes it easy even for me. I have used it for ads and for lots of video creation. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and useful this tool is for such a reasonable price. I have had numerous excellent user experiences with this app and look forward to using it for a long time!

Magica is the best of the best; No one can beat this secvice. They offer the best service on the internet and they care about customers. I recommend them to everyone
