I use many Magezon extensions! They are all great extensions
Page builder and form builder are my favorite.

I had a great experience working with Magezon on my Magento website, had some issues after upgrading to 2.4.6 with their extensions, They fixed all the issues and now the "custom options" extension is working fine on 2.4.6.
They did not keep me waiting and within a few days, everything was fixed.

We have tried Custom Options extensions for M 2 from different providers and most of them had tons of conflicts with default Magento modules as well as with third-party plugins. On M 1 version we used to have Mageworx's Advanced Product Options which worked smoothly, but with the M 2 version had various conflicts, and their team was slow to answer our support tickets.
We decided to try Magezon's Custom Options extension, which had several conflicts with other modules as well, but their team worked really hard and fixed all the issues. Their team did a great job as our platform has at least 40 third-party extensions.
Great extension with a very reasonable price and a professional support team!

Be aware of their "fake" refund policy which is just nonsense. We bought a module there, which we weren't satisfied with. I tried to refund it, but apparently, I am not eligible for a refund due to their refund policy.
The module was full of bugs, and we just didn't have the resources and time to have it fixed.
The first company on the market I come across that does not refund money for a module that the customer is not satisfied with. In a world of a lot of customized Magento 2 shops - this is not something unusual.

Magezon is a dishonest vendor with very poor service. I purchased the File Manager Extension from Magezon and it did not work at all! It was not compatible with Magento 2. I asked for help and was ignored by the vendor. No response to my support request and no response to my requests for a refund. Several messages were sent directly on their support portal and directly to their service email – no response.. Fortunately, I purchased the plugin via Paypal and got my money back by putting a claim through Paypal. I will never buy from them again.

We have used Magezon's extensions in our Magento implementations for years and they have always been fantastic and easy for users to get a grip with.

Would highly recommend to others.

I'm a developer and have been working with some of the modules they offer for a few years now. Their Page Builder and Ninja Menus module wil break your layout on multiple devices/vieports and are bad for SEO because the CSS and HTML is very bad. Your webshop will miss orders due to these problems and they will never give you your money back.

We were looking for a mega menu extension that would meet our requirements. We asked if Magezon could offer a free testing extension and they could not, but they mentioned that they offer a 30 day money back. The support worker even consulted Michael (The owner of the company) After buying the extension we implemented the extension in our dev environment and found out that is has multiple cross browser bugs and responsive issues. For us it would take to much time and budget to fix the issues and even pointing out the issues would take to long, so we decided to ask for our money back. Magezon replied and pointed it out to me that they will not offer a refund according to their refund policy. I've been having a long confersation with Magezon and even have a copy of the chatlog that they sent me their selves in what they can read that they suggested me to buy the extension and have a 30 day money back. This is an exact copy of their reply before I purchased the module: Hi Marten, I checked with Michael about this. Sorry that we can't offer you a free trial for Ninja Menus. You can check the Ninja Menus on our demo. Also we offer you 90-day support and 30-day money back. They never mentioned that they could not offer us our money back in our specific case that they where aware of.

I wrote this review before the refund was done. Thanks for refunding, but I am seriously very disapointed and frustrated that it took me several emails and more than an hour to get the refund. You had the chance to refund immediately after my first request. This tells us that appart from the poor quality that the service is very bad also.

Magezon is a trusted partner for extensions. We've used several of their extensions in our clients sites. We are very satisfied with their extensions and their support

Blue Form Builder is badly written Magento 2 extension, contains many bugs (I say as a magento developer) does not work as the seller claims. Import form is very important functionality in my case, unfortunately it does not works as seller described. Support responds for a very long time, I've been waited for 20 days for a resolving to my issue. After that period I wanted to refund regarding to money back period. The seller refuses to refund, said that I did not give him enough time to solve the issue.

Also keep in mind that all product reviews on the official website are fake. I wrote a product review, but seller didn't post it.

If you don't want to spend your time and money beware this company. I don't recommend this company.

I have worked it several different Page Builder extensions, MAGEZON PAGE BUILDER is the very best !!. Their support is outstanding I highly recommend this software.

Magezon Builder Applications are a great tool for any Magento site.
They have been a great help to accelerate development and design of our web application.
A must have for any Magento developer.
Also the support is fast, professional and extremely helpful.
