I purchased the Magento 2 Category Page Builder. It is a great extension. I needed a little bit of support for some minor issues and support was extremely fast to respond.

Excellent Customer Service
I bought custom option plugins from Magezon and encountered a few compatibility issues.
They promptly responded and helped me to finish the setting up and deployment of the plugin.
Particulary John is my right hand from the team. Thanks John!

We purchased a module from this company, and upon installation discovered that it did not provide us with what we needed. They said that they would only offer a refund after they attempted to make the changes on the module that we required within 24 hours. After 10 days of emails, no progress was made and we requested a refund. They refused to refund us, despite offering a 30-day money-back guarantee on their websites refund policy page. If you purchase from this company don't expect a refund, or any kind of support.

We purchased the PDF Builder for our website and installed it to our dev site without issue. The extension contained some bugs, however I reached out to Magezon support and connected with Michael, who was very helpful and worked fast to resolve every issue I raised.

I was mildly frustrated to find out after purchasing the extension that styling with our own fonts (or more than one default font) was not possible without additional custom work (this could be made clearer). However, the functionality of the extension for our needs, and Michael's professional and prompt service gave me confidence that paying for the extra customisation would be worth it, and we are very happy with the results.

We are a printing company from Austria and run an online shop. Michael from Magezon supported me wonderfully and we use many of his modules which make our work much easier. It is worth mentioning that the support team responds to us within a few minutes and has solutions ready.

We purchase Magezons pagebuilder for Magento 2 (with Porto theme). It seemed to work well initially but there were a few small issues. However, the support team responded quickly were excellent in resolving the issue and it now works perfectly, and is an excellent extension. Highly recommended.

We experienced a small issue within an extension (compliance issue with another 3rd party extension). After contact by e-mail and Skype, Michael created a solution for this. Very good and friendly contact.

Magezon are always answering my questions I got through their chat engine.

As a developer, it's really nice to be able to discuss with technical guys from a third party company.

I bought the Ninja menu because it is working with Hyva theme. Some litte bugs where immediately fixed. So excellent aftercare!

I work as a consultant. After reviewing several extensions for Magento 2 solutions, I narrowed down to Magezon Pagebuilder for our requirement. This was about 2 years ago. Since then we have opted to go for more extensions from Magezon.

Their support and customer service is brilliant!. High quality extensions and easy documentation.

Great products and great customer service. We have used several products and would recommend Magezon to our clients.

We purchased a module from them (custom options for m2) and once we installed it we noticed it does not have some features which were advertised that are present (in this case, CSV export-import). We purchased the module for this functionality exclusively! When we asked for a refund they refused to accept that this qualifies for a refund even though they admitted the functionality is missing and needs to be developed. Our request for a refund based on this reason was completely ignored (after 30+ emails about it with their support).
So, beware of this company. NEVER count on refunds and NEVER count that the functionalities described are actually there.
