I’m very impressed by the customer service that I received today, the staff were all so polite and welcoming; especially Cameron Sadler. I don’t normally leave reviews but Magenta, you’re brilliant.
I went to Magenta today at around 3pm as I need to sort a lockup for moving student houses. (Left it massively late) I saw Cameron at reception and all I can say is that he was perfect. By 3:30 he had shown me the unit, given me a tour, price breakdown and guided me through the paperwork. All felt like a pure breeze. By 3:45 I was unloading and by 4:15 I was done.
Moving can be stressful but this definitely wasn’t part of it. Thanks, Cameron.

We urgently needed to find a storage space and Magenta’s team helped us so much! I have to say a special thank you to Garrett for all of his help as without his help the whole experience wouldn’t have been so great. He answered all of our questions and concerns, was quick and delivered an amazing service.

5 Star Storage and Friendly Staff
I have been to many storages customer but Magenta is the best. It is very clean and has access to late hours. I also want to thank Simon and Nadir They have both been very friendly and helpful. Nadir always help me it is not his job he just likes to help people such a nice guy!

First class customer service all the way. Right from the initial enquiry Garrett was excellent, friendly and welcoming and patient to understand my requirements, even on the day he surveyed the items I wanted to store and advised the best size unit to suit my needs and if I wanted to change it was no problem at all. Excellent.

I had a really good experience with Magenta storage. They did not only offer me 50% off for my first month, but they were also very helpful over the phone in answering my questions and getting me all the help I needed. When I got my stuff to the facility, a very nice guy, Will, that works there helped me pack all of them in my locker and ensured my moving-in was seamless. I highly recommend it.
