I had a viewing at 369 Staines Road. The service that I received Edward Rose was superb. I will definitely recommend it to to friends and relatives.

Very satisfied with the fully managed service Madison Brook provides. Callum Moloney-Joyce is an excellent Portfolio Manager and takes a lot of the stress out of renting out properties. He is always quick to respond and happy to provide opinions/thoughts when asked.

I moved to Madison Brook from a previous property management company initially because of the charging structure that Madison Brook's has (they don't front load their fees like other companies) and now staying with them because of their great service - thanks Callum Moloney-Joyce.

Stacey was very helpful when it came to our rental renewal with answering questioning and liaising with our landlord.

Kiran has been amazing at resolving any points we raise. Always prompt and attentive.

It has been a pleasure working with Kiran on the renewal of my tenancy. I have really appreciated her open communication, swift responses and friendly demeanour.

Kiran is very swift and whiz, a wonderful individual who has given me the help and support I need to manage my property. Thank you Kiran and keep it up.

I rented my flat from Madison Brook and couldn't recommend them enough! from viewing right up until now they have remained the most professional estate agents I have used as of yet. My flat is managed by Stacey who is so helpful and responds so quickly if there ever are ever any issues. Thank you Stacey!

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for Kiran, who recently assisted me with the moving out process. Kiran's expertise and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Madison Brook have been my agent for a few years and Stacey (my property manager) is always super responsive regarding my request, which eased all the pressure finding new tenants along with bridging the communication.

Callum has been a wonderful property manager to us for the year we’ve been here, no complaints, all very professional.

I've had a few dealings recently with Stacey regarding general maintenance, which she has picked up and worked on super quickly. She's really approachable and knowledgeable and keeps you in the loop throughout the process.
The contractors she appoints for further work are also courteous and personable.

Madison Brook have been my agent for over a year now and Stacey (my property manager) is always super responsive to my queries and has been very helpful in managing a few issues that have cropped up on the tenancy. The team at Madison Brook have a very friendly and affable nature and they are genuinely invested in ensuring a smooth tenancy process.

If you are a new landlord and need an agent to look after your property, Madison Brook will be your good choice. I trusted them for their responsiveness (you know nowadays it’s hard to find someone who will respond to you quickly and professionally).

I have used Madison Brook to find tenants for my property and also to manage it. The communication was good and they managed to find a tenant in good time and the process was very smooth. Special mention to my property manager Stacey Channon who always keeps me up to speed and is quick to action anything that needs doing. Highly recommended. Thanks!

The service from Madison Brook team is great and efficient. From initial letting set up, to flat maintenance and rent admin, problems are communicated and solved quickly. We specifically enjoyed communicating with the portfolio manager Stacey, who is very helpful, supportive and fast in responding.

They provide very good service.

I’ve been renting from Madison Brook for 24 months now and I’ve never had a more helpful and fun experience when dealing with property managers! Stacey Channon is great and we always have a good conversation, which in my experience is rare when talking to lettings manager!
From prospecting before the move to onboarding and general upkeep, they’ve been great and looked out for my best interests!
If I end up moving I’ll be looking at their properties first, that’s for sure.
