Lovely Experience
Madame bridal and their staff was lovely to interact with. I ordered a dress to be overnighted by the shop; unfortunately, due to the FedEx plane crash, the Express package did not arrive on time. This was at no fault of theirs. The owner spoke with me and attempted to make everything right, which he did. I will definitely use them again.

I would like to clarify the situation regarding my order. The dress did not arrive on time, even though I paid for express shipping. My event was two days ago, and I had to purchase another dress because my order did not arrive as promised. I only received the dress today, which is well past the required date.
I was also disappointed to receive a message asking me to delete my review in order to receive my order. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
In addition, your public comment stating that the dress arrived on time is not accurate.
Given the delay and the inconvenience caused, I kindly request a refund for the express shipping fee.

They went above and beyond to make sure my dress would arrive on time by the date I needed. Their communication was great and supper quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. The dress I originally received was the wrong size. I called and talked to Simon and he immediately went to work on a resolution for me. He ordered me a new dress and provided a way for me to send the wrong one back. He was so kind and easy to work with. Thank you Simon for fixing this for my daughter’s homecoming!

I have returned the dress I bought from them and they have not refunded my money. I returned in the time frame they required and I had received authorization to return the dress. They have not returned the dress nor have they refunded my money.

Good afternoon. We understand your concern about the delivery of your dress. You placed an order that required delivery of the dress to you in 6 weeks. Your dress was delivered one week earlier, in 5 weeks. We do a diligent effort for on time delivery however sometimes the delivery dates are beyond our control. The reasons could vary between weather, tariffs, shipping companies etc. We hope this adequately explains our position and the fact that your dress was delivered earlier then the promised date.
