I had deposited £100 on 4th June to your company and was told a week later when I enquired about the remaining £400 balance, to pay the driver in cash on the day of my wedding. I responded there will be no way I will be carrying £400 in cash on my wedding day. Instead, I would rather do a bank transfer. I asked again about this bank transfer 10 days before my wedding day in order to pay the remaining balance of £400; to which I was told they would let me know. No one contacted me about this.

On my wedding day, 24th June my wife-to-be was held ransom in the Rolls Royce at the hotel where Muhammed the driver picked her up and her parents. He refused to drive to the church until he is paid there and then. My wedding co-ordinator and the Maid of Honour had to defuse the situation and he eventually drove her to the church. At the church, he again refused to let my wife out of the car until he has received the payment. I was told by my Best Man about the situation. Not only was the driver's behaviour unprofessional, it also caused unnecessary embarrassment and delay in starting my wedding at the church. I was clearly upset by what was happening, it took persuasion from the Best Man and Maid of Honour for the driver to let my wife out of the car in order for our church service to start.

When the church service finished I entered the car with my wife. Instead of enjoying our 30 mins drive to the venue for our wedding reception I spent time discussing why his company didn't sort the final payment before my wedding day as I had asked for this. I even asked him for the account to transfer the final payment was a problem as he did not know the account details. I then spent 10mins in the car whilst at the venue to make a bank transfer to M25 Chauffers.

During the journey both my wife and I were thirsty and it was a hot day. I asked for water for both of us, but this was not available. The driver instead offered to stop on route so we can go to the shop to buy water, to which I said don't worry let's go to the venue. We were offered a small bottle of water he happen to find and a bottle of fizzy drink. Considering we booked for our wedding none of what you offer for a wedding service was offered to us; no champagne, cold water for each of us. Not even music of our choice was offered as we had to ask for the radio to be played.
I am shocked at the level of poor service my wife and I received.

I would advise anyone getting married or having a special occasion not to use this service and insist that all payments are settled ahead of your event. They have spoilt my wedding day and embarrassed me in front of my guests.

ARRIVING AT ABBA IN STYLE
Our driver was very lovely and very punctual. She was also a great driver in London traffic. She did not seem to have many suggestions of where to take us in London as part of our tour so in future I would be minded to do more homework myself about where to go. She was also very respectful and private in her manner.
The transport was impeccably clean and it was great to have free bottled water.
