This is approximately my 6th time using this service and I never have issues . Our driver this evening was waiting for us on arrival eventhough we arrived earlier. He was professional and extremely helpful.He was extremely knowledgeable of the area we're staying in so got great recommendations. I will be using this company again whenever I return to London.

On time, quality car, driver very professional.

For me attending a funeral it was excellent service.

Booked a wedding car service a few months prior for point A to point B. On the day when the service was needed, there was little to no communication. No details were given, and very late responses to my messages. Luckily, the driver did turn up; however, they arrived in the wrong car with no decorations. I spoke to the driver, and he said he only received the booking for the job 2 hours prior. He explained that M25 Chauffuers had booked the job with them and that he was lucky he even arrived on time.
I then complained about this to M25 Chauffeurs over a month ago and still haven't heard back. I've sent 2 follow-up emails and still no response.

This company let us down big time. We booked a return journey and it was cancelled by email 2 hours before say the driver was unwell. They also cancelled our return journey. We were completely stranded and the refund took 11 days to reach my account.

My sister, niece and I travelled to Peterborough recently to visit places dear to us as kids. Ahmed met us at the station in a beautiful current model Mercedes E Class. A charming young man, Ahmed was immaculately dressed and groomed to A List standards. He drove us in great comfort and safety to all the pre-arranged locations and waited patiently whilst we indulged our memory lane memories. Ahmed gave us the ultimate chauffeured experience and it enabled us to enjoy what was a very special day to us. Highly recommended.

Such a great experience the drivers are very friendly and make the journey feel very special. Book a luxury car and rolls Royce for my mum to take us to the airport. Would truly recommend using them.

On the way back my flight was delayed sadly due to an air traffic control issue. The driver was very patient and waited.

The driver was exceptional—professional, courteous, and highly recommended. Unfortunately, I’m compelled to leave a 1-star review due to the poor handling of the booking. Just one day before my wedding, I was informed that the car I had reserved was no longer available because it had been allocated to another event that had taken priority. This was deeply disappointing, especially after I had been reassured that the specific colour I requested would be provided.

I was then given two unsatisfactory options: accept a vehicle in a different colour that was not suitable for the occasion, or upgrade to another model—at my own expense, despite the issue being entirely out of my control. This last-minute disruption added unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyful day.

That said, the driver’s professionalism was a saving grace amidst an otherwise frustrating experience.

Every contact with this company was dealt with in a courteous, professional manner which inspired confidence. My partner, who was the passenger, was delighted with the car and her driver who was very good company for a long journey. It was a tricky pick-up from the O2, but the driver managed it very well with frequent calls to my partner informing her of his location. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

Driver was professional at all times, and we were kept up to speed with arrival times, although our flight was delayed, our driver remained patient while waiting for us.

The driver never contacted me, that is a complete lie, my calls to the driver were unanswered my first call to the office was unanswered. the second call to the office was answered, he said he would ring me back, to let me know where the driver was. The third call to your office was answered he told me he couldn't get hold of the driver. There were about 15 drivers meeting and greeting our flight none of them were there for us. We waited for 40 minutes with no contact from this company, when they swapped the cars out they didn't tell me or explain why, it took over a week for them to reply to that complaint said they would refund the difference, but we still haven't had that when I complained again they said they had sent a cheque, guess that got lost in the post, they are now claiming it's my claim through PayPal that is the reason I have not been refunded, i didn't claim via Paypal, they said they would refund me. Im still waiting...DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
