After not receiving my order
After not receiving my order, I waited a month thinking it was due to it being an international order. I finally chased it up in Feb(ordered in jan), only to find out lyskin had not put my door number on the package, finding this out after contacting customer service, who gave me my tracking reference. Further they gave Me a reference for change of address, which again chasing this up almost 2 months after I ordered, this information wasn't in the system. Currently in the process of waiting for a response for refund but the responses are slow since the fault has been identified. I have ordered from lyskin and have recommended them to friends and family but it's been the worst experience for dealing with an issue. If no issues arise, it's worth ordering, not worth it if an issue arises. Tracking number is RF678102851PT, been in the depot since 9th Jan without my door number.
Thank for your reply, in order for my order to process to payment it an essential field to fill in my door number. The error was on part of lyskin, which I understand as it can happen, my issue is my refund isn't been processed, I am still waiting for a response from customer service which I have emailed several times.

However, this is not one of those situations. And I'm really sorry to tell you this, in response to your review. Unlike your two other orders, which had a complete address and were delivered in less than 5 days, Zabina did not put the door number in your address for this one. Please double-check your order confirmation email. You will notice that the door number is missing. As Zabina completed your order as a guest, it is not possible for us to cross-reference this order's information with the addresses of previous orders (this is a feature for registered customers only). Even so, we did everything in our power to ensure that your order was not returned due to insufficient address and was delivered to you. However, as your order was sent by standard mail, this change is not as quick as expected. In fact, we were really happy to have managed to deliver an order that was destined to be returned, despite the time elapsed. So, I kindly ask you to please review the score you gave our team, they deserve to be recognized for the effort they put in. Despite the 1 star, we still love you Zabina <3 And hope to see you soon.

I have ordered from this store few times. Each time the experience was very pleasant. The packaging method is safe and very resistant and they always offer a few extra treats, so that we can get to know new products or even novelties, and they perfume the orders which makes the whole experience a very good one. I highly recommend it.

A big fraud company. They blocked my email and phone
Is your company real or you are a big fraud. You got my money but then after I didn't hear from you since then. It may be a small amount but I will let God strike the punishments that you deserve. There's no escape on what you did/doing to other people's money.

Your order #98636 with the 3 Mesoestetic products was shipped on the 11th of November and delivered on the 21st of November. For this reason, please let us know if there was any problem with delivery. The products were not well packaged? Did your order suffer any damage during transport? This company they are big frauds. They get money from customers and did not deliver the items. Since June month I am waiting for the item which I bought. But still they didn’t send me my pkg. from customer care center they keep lying that they will send soon.

Where is my items??!!
i ordered my items 14 days ago and still have not received my package. I wrote an email to them yesterday but have heard nothing. I can not trace the package because it is in a language I do not understand.
What should I do? others who have had the same problem?

Regarding the tracking code, it will be important to know that the tracking code is universal, which means that it is trackable on any tracking platform, such as PostNL which will give you all the information in Danish.
