Hello dear Colette, thank you for your review. Due to an update, we are currently without access to WhatsApp. And for this reason, I'm sorry for not answering you as you deserved. To make up for it, we have been very careful to respond to all emails in a timely manner and to return all calls so that customers have more than one way of contact. We even sent you an email about your order, which was delivered in Austria in 6 working days (before the expected delivery time). Please tell us, what do you need help with? Your order 103367 was shipped on the 24th of May and delivered on the 30th of May by FedEx.

You were right about your review. Your order took a while to be sent, due to the Avène product having a short expiry date, and we preferred to send you a product with a longer shelf life so that you could use it entirety and safely. And this led to a delay in sending your order.

Although we sent a warning email, I believe that Ariela did not receive it or read it, and therefore left us your unhappy review. And for that I apologize, for the feeling of helplessness you must have felt. But despite everything, I believe that you received your product in perfect condition.

Despite everything, thank you for your time and comment. We are confident that in the future you will have the opportunity to leave us a 5-star review :) We will do everything to deserve it!
