Cheap tat! Nothing like the items advertised. Print quality, manufacture and fabric not representative of those advertised. Hidden deep in their blurb is the fact returns have to go back to China at your expense. I bought three - more fool me! Don’t buy, don’t feed this scam.

AWEFUL! Do not order from here. There is nothing 'London' about this place - operates from China including shipping.
Like so many others, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Waited 2 weeks for the 2 tops, was very disappointed with the quality of the materials - nothing like the pictures. No washing instruction labels.
What a scam!

I was looking forward to my package but when it finally arrived, what a disappointment. The style, colour and material was absolutely nothing like the picture. It was horrible, cheap and nasty. Lyra China should be their name. Avoid at all cost.

There should be an opportunity to do a zero rating for this company.
It masquerades as an upmarket site showing attractive garments carefully packaged in tissue for sending. The actual garment I received beared no resemblance in colour, design or quality to that of the description on the website. It arrived two weeks after ordering in a vacuum packed plastic bag from China. It was cheap, shoddy fabric, poorly made and with no label to indicate fabric content or washing instructions. Like others I gave up trying to return the item because of the numerous obstacles to navigate in the process. DO Not consider purchasing from this company, they should be taken to task on the Trades Description Act.

I can't believe what rubbish I've paid good money for. Stay away!

The material is horrible, don’t even know what it’s made of. The workmanship is not great at all. No labels with washing instructions. Definitely not worth £39 which is the sale price, £79 original price. I could have got better in Matalan. Not a happy customer.

Please do not buy from this site. I have learnt my lesson and too much hassle to return this awful top that was made in terrible material, shape and everything! The procedure to return is too much. Hope we can all raise awareness of these scammers

Why don't I learn to read reviews before placing an order.

Everything everyone else has said about the fabric and fit of the items is true. Cheapest polyester fabric not linen or cotton, colours and patterns not true to pictures on the website, not London based and horrendous cost to send back. This time I have learnt, these will go to the charity shop but never again will I be drawn in!!!

Where to start with Lyra London ….certainly not based in London the website is to me fraudulent posting false pictures they certainly aren’t bothered in any way as they are onto a winning formula as they know if like me spent £31 on a dress which was the most disgusting material which looking in their website they don’t even list what is is made from they say high quality material they should be forced to say what it’s made from ….a roll of cheap polyester…then to send back it cost £22.99 no one is going to bother they then offer you 25% discount which you think is better than nothing and then you receive another email to say the refund hasn’t gone through successfully can you send your bank account information ….i don’t think so if anyone has any sense they would avoid like the plague as they are simply taking your money under false pretence and laughing all the way to the bank

Instead of smooth cotton blends stated on their site, the fabric is cheap nylon and for almost £40 a total rip off. Seems that getting a refund is going to be difficult too!

I wish I had seen the reviews before I bought my top. I waited ages for it to arrive and when it did it was very poor quality, nothing like the online site, it’s shapeless and cheap material. It’s really put me off buying clothes online

I would not even give this company one star if it was possible. They are a Chinese company pretending to be a London one. DO NOT use them ever. The two tops I ordered were such awful quality that I couldn’t even give them to a charity shop. I took photos of them and sent them to Lyra London and they agreed the quality was not good and they have offered me a 20% refund, or I could post them back to China at my expense. They also said I could give the tops to a friend as a “nice present”!! When I accepted the refund they said they don’t have the facility to refund me. They are a complete scam.

I wish I had read these negative reviews before I ordered! The tops are nothing like they look online. Horrible material, weird shape and probably the most unflattering garment I've ever put on! Refund is as others have said...several emails, photos and finally a 15% refund offered or return to China at your own cost. Please don't fall for it.

Don't buy from them! Their photos make the clothes look like cotton or linen, but they're horrible shiny polyester. If you request a refund they will ask you to send photos/videos so that they can 'investigate', i.e. waste your time. If they want to know what's wrong with the fabric, they just have to look at their products! AND, they won't refund until they have received your goods, which you have to pay for to send back to China. Next step presumably will be that they will offer me a partial refund. I'll be reporting them to Radio 4's scam programme and Trading Standards.

Took a very, very long time for the garment to arrive. It was too small. The company only offered a 15% refund. Do NOT buy from the store. It is a scam.

I only gave them one star because there was no opportunity for zero. Ordered in June, took ca 2 weeks to arrive from China. Nothing like the pictures. Shoddy material, awful workmanship, supremely unflattering products. Then - when I tried to return/refund - I am subjected to cross-examination, demands for photos etc. Have still not resolved this. And of course I will have to pay for return postage to China. Avoid.

Such a lovely business to order from, with an amazing selection of beautiful clothes. I needed a replacement pair of their gorgeous dungarees and within 24 hours I received a lovely email sorting everything out for me and a replacement on its way to me. A truly customer focused business.

Dream Dresses.
My two dresses from @Lyralondon arrived today. For free post they arrived quickly. At each step from ordering to delivery Lyra’s communication was first class I was updated every step of the way.
My dresses are so beautiful. They are well made the fit is good which doesn’t often happen when you are 5’10”. The material is so soft and the colours are lovely. Excellent service.

Multicolour long shirt -so disappointing I put it in the bin!! Not good enough to pass on to a charity shop.
Ugly bright colours, quite unlike online advert. Nasty cheap synthetic material. Very poorly made with uneven seams, not properly finished.
A lesson to me (and other people) not to be seduced by low prices and attractive photos in online advertising.
