I've been with lyphe for years now, they are good bad and ugly, but they've gone steadily downhill. Cancelling appointments and then leaving you with no pain relief- this has happened a few times now, pharmacy issues, supplier issues and it's almost impossible to speak with a human unless you call and wait an age. The ai is useless and sends you round in unhelpful circles, and there are charges on my account that I called about months ago, was told they'd be removed, they have not been. Beyond fed up.

Lyphe has yet again helped me cope with my various ailments.all I can say is thanks 😊

Very careful looked through available options for medical cannabis and decided to try Lyphe as they had been reviewed by the QCC.

They failed to notify me when I was approved for a prescription and automatically sent it to their dispensary without consent.
Their dispensary automatically charges delivery fees which is not industry standard.
The Dispensary took more than 3 days to dispense the medication after payment resulting in a delay of over a month due to me travelling as well as my housemate. Important to note that Royal Mail attempted delivery with 12 hours.
Email had started that it was ready to dispatch immediately and was only waiting on payment and would be delivered within 48 hours.
I have just managed to collect my parcel and have discovered that the prescription written was completely incorrect as it’s for vaping.

For a verity of health reasons I openly stated and discussed that I would not use a vape. This was agreed with the consultant I saw as this was also a bad solution to the type of issue I hope to address and my health history.

Incredibly frustrated as this shows a fundamental problem in their system.

I will probably be looking to restart my approval process with a different clinic however will have to request all new documentation as it’s been more than three months since I started this approval process for the next clinic.

I’ve been with this clinic for the last two years. Although service at the beginning was exemplary, it has distinctly worsened, administrative errors, prescription requests not arriving on their system, long waits for stock/prescriptions to be filled and useless AI chat bots have all damaged my trust in Lyphes ability to meet the care needs of their customers/patients. I am fearful that an attempt to rapidly scale the company and a rush to obtain the largest client pool has lead to this. Although I will be staying with this clinic I hope to see marked improvement in the care provided.

This was a very easy process to book an appointment. I have only had positive experiences.

Having some initial problems I must say now that lyphe have been brilliant! Can speak to them and resolve any issues easily, staff and dr are so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Medications always next day and well packaged, and pharmacy is brilliant in handling everything! I’d definitely recommend lyphe to anyone wanting to try medication.

The item that drew my attention to medical cannabis specifically mentioned two medications that I was taking for a painful pelvic injury from ten years ago.

The article suggested that anyone taking these medications might benefit from medical cannabis. I tried it initially for a month to see if there were any effect at all on my condition but the change was more or less instant and quite radical.

The particular source of pain for which these pills had initially been prescribed had all but vanished and the involuntary movements had stopped altogether. It was in fact a far more beneficial effect than the medication.

Since then it has been an easy decision to cater for the expense and ditch the meds. Whatever it costs is such great value in terms if pain relief that I consider it a real bargain.

Alas it does not counter all types of pain so I am still taking powerful painkillers but the additional nerve pain and disconcerting, unintentional movements are no more. Real value.

The agent was very helpful and managed to resolve my issue with mr prescription.
