I was kept up-to-date of their arrival time and they were pleasant and quickly removed my furniture.

Great guys and brilliant service
I contacted LV81 when I was in a crisis. I couldn’t afford a skip and needed ALOT of waste, from my house renovation, removed. LV81 managed to collect all my rubble within 24 hours, loaded the van and swept up every inch of mess. I was impressed with the whole service and have used them again since.

Top lads, highly recommend friendly and professional helped removal of goods to my new home quick and easy and no extra costs was quoted a brilliant price and that’s what I paid after the job was done will definitely be using these guys again in future and would recommend to family and friends

Worst removal company at…
booked my slot for 1:30 they arrived at 3:15
No apologies whatsoever
The lift at my new place was not working and they had to use the stairs
They threatened to take my goods back to my old address if I didn’t pay extra
Left most of items on ground floor to take myself upstairs
They were rude and no apologies for being late
They also included the quote with assembly of my bed which they did not do
Appalling service would never recommend them left me in tears on the verge of collapsing due to health conditions.
When I mentioned I had a heart condition there response oh so have I!

The customer was kept up to date throughout the day and agreed they were happy to wait for us and understood why we were delayed. However, communication from the customer was deceitful and misleading. We quoted ground floor to ground floor delivery as requested by the customer. However, upon arrival at the drop-off location, the customer demanded items to be taken upstairs within the original price. Our porters explained that they had agreed and paid for only ground floor delivery and provided an additional quote to take items upstairs. The customer was very ungrateful and had become dramatic and aggressive towards our porters, and did not want to come to an amicable agreement.
We have a long history of positive feedback and take great care in employing positive and personable staff. We are upset that somebody would fabricate such an experience.

Stressful.
Vince was 30% more expensive then our other quotes but the reviews looked good so we thought we were in safe and reliable hands. Unfortunately they arrived late, didn’t wear shoe covers, weren’t courteous and incredibly rude. The father was arrogant and demanded nearly double more, even though we provided a detailed inventory weeks in advance. Even when we agreed the ‘blackmail’ they made it stressful and we felt
helpless at a very incredibly vulnerable time in the move. Use at your peril, you have been warned!

We are sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience with our company. We pride in our many repeat happy customers and are thankful you chose us based on our reviews.
However, after speaking to our booking and removal team, we find your version of events inaccurate and untruthful.
Vince had discussed your 4-bed house move from Birmingham to London, 2 weeks prior which was quoted, agreed, and then discounted after intense bartering by yourself.
On the morning of your house removal, our team of porters arrived on agreed schedule. They assessed your item list and found that it far exceeded what was discussed and written in the quote.
No extra charges were added, and the team were happy to work with the original item list and price. They explained items which exceed the list will be charged at a reduced rate, as it was unforeseen. However, you expected the many extra items to be taken free of charge.
The team reported that you senselessly became highly defensive and behaved inappropriately towards them, showing little to no respect.
The situation had become so out of hand that your wife had to step in and calm you down, which unfortunately was unsuccessful. We thank her for being pleasant, respectful, and understanding.
The porters had no choice but to retract from your job due to your offensive behaviour and language.
We do not tolerate this on any level, and this is the first and hopefully last time we have had to refuse a job.
