LV 81 are wonderful.
They picked up a piano for me from a house clearance and drove quite some way to deliver it safely.
They were pleasant, polite and brilliant at communicating along the way.

Very helpful in moving all of my furniture to my new address. I was a bit concerned that some items might not fit but they took a look and we managed everything with only two pieces needing a bit of disassembly.

They were proactive in telling me about a delay caused by the garage and kept me up to date with progress which was much appreciated. Swift and friendly and efficient!

Vince charged me £240 extra than agreed, and did less of the job than agreed. I have a text from him which clearly says there is no time limit for removals and he would "stay until the job is done". However, because the sellers took too long to move out, he left to do another job and came back and then said it was £300 more for having to go and come back. He did less of the job than agreed because in the time he left with his crew, me and my dad did most of the arrangements for the boxes and items in the new house.

He also basically got into an argument with the seller. It was a really bad experience with this removals team. And for some reason he refuses to send me an invoice which I have asked for 3 times.

These guys were amazing, really nice people, but went above and beyond and gave great service. I can't recommend them enough!

They made the process of moving home easy and I'll definitely use them again!

When I called Vince to request a quote for the collection and disposal of my mattress, he answered my call courteously and pleasantly. He gave me an excellent rate which was, by far, the best of the quotes I had received. Thus, I had no hesitation in going with him. Vince was very reliable. On the day of the collection, he kept me updated with the time of arrival of his team. Everything was done smoothly and as planned. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Vince.
