Amazing Customer Service
After accidentally shipping my order to the wrong address, both Mira and James were so kind in helping me resolve my mistake. They were understanding, patient and helpful with with guiding me in navigating a headache of a situation. They made what could have been a very stressful situation, feel completely manageable. The graduation cords themselves are so beautiful and great quality. If you need grad cords, order from Luxurycords!!! They go above and beyond for their customers.

High quality at an unbelievable price!
I have never had such an amazing experience with ANY company. I contacted them about a discount for a bulk purchase. Within minutes, I had an email response, offering to work with me and my budget. Dealing with James was an absolutely wonderful experience. He helped make sure that I had the best price, for the top of the line cords for my students. There is no way anyone could beat the deal that they gave me, which they give to everyone, and there is no way that I could find quality better than the ones that I received. They have a forever customer with me.
