Brilliant service from beginning to end.
My biro sketches of a water trough and retaining edgings were translated into dimensioned drawings for our approval. The product, in cor-ten, was exactly what we wanted, well made and beautifully finished. Special mention for the delivery driver who helped me cart the 120kg trough down the garden to its final position.

Purchased another product from LuxUnique. This time a bespoke 4.5m l water feature /rill. It was a no brainer after the excellent quality 4m & 5m bespoke Corten planters we purchased earlier on in the year.
Once again, aside the quality of the products, the LuxUnique team know exactly what they're talking about from helping with design through to delivery. Thankyou again - our garden looks amazing!

I wanted some bespoke sized Corten steel planters. Luxunique were very helpful, they had a good process for turning my ‘wishes’ into a design drawing and were patient with my many questions and were prompt and friendly. Perhaps most important they said what they were going to do and then did it so I always knew where we were in the process. The product looks great too both from an aesthetic point of view and also in that they look well made and fit for purpose.

The price was competitive too - I’d not hesitate to recommend them

Fantastic company to deal with. Everyone in the team was extremely helpful and the product was very high quality.

The after sales service was very good with Luxunique, I ordered 2 x Black Aluminium Cube Log Stores, with one of them being slightly damaged during transportation. I contacted them and Emma ( their Director ) dealt with the issues very swiftly. Am generally happy with the quality of their products and will be looking at the garden corten edging products in the new year.

Great service, spoke on the phone to deal with some of my queries, and helped me make the right choices for our purchase. The products arrived on time and as described (corten steel log store cubes) and are now sitting happily in our garden storing logs. Great product and well engineered.
