Missing adjustment tool
Great watch strap and timely delivery however the tool to adjust the strap to size is missing so I can't wear it until I visit a watch shop. So disappointing.

My first order with lux-case and I was completely satisfied. New 'phone case feels durable, light weight and clear.
Unfortunately I dropped the old case and it cracked both bottom corners.
New case being clear allows the 'phone colour to be seen properly.

Everything was good
To be honest (an over-used expression) they did everything well. I didn't realise that the mobile case was coming from Sweden, but delivery time was fine, and the case fits like a secure glove.

The customer service has been excellent. I made an error in the order for a new phonecase. The customer service responded by email and then sent me the correct size without question.
