On site was told that I’m buying original apple watch strap leather link California poppy. But what came to me is just cheap copy from aliextress value for £2. And it’s even not leather cheap suptitude! Want my money back!

Phone Case
Item as described, very good fit no issues with buttons. Good raised area for camera protection. Bought for Apple 16e. Very pleased, doesn’t feel like it will slip out of hand like my previous one.

False product advertisement….
I ordered a cover for front and rear as the image on the website displayed. To my shock and dismay when both cases arrived they were only for the back of the phone. Went to double check and the image shown is of a front and back cover. Very disappointed and will now have to waste time requesting refunds and returning the falsely advertised item. Will never use or recommend Lux Case

Received my new stainless steel strap
Received my new stainless steel strap. Delighted with it. Came with tools so I’ve adjusted it.
Looks amazing. Better than silicone strap I had before. Causing rashes on my skin!
Delivery was prompt. Very pleased and wearing as we speak!

Not fit for the extra purpose of carrying cards etc.…
The case is made of nice materials and is a perfect fit for the i- pad 11 (6.1) phone. Unfortunately, if you place anything more than two credit cards inside, it does not close. My wife used her previous case for a few notes of paper money and a Patient Alert Card for some medication she has to take.
I / we consider the case unfit for the purpose we assumed it was designed. Please check the design.

I'm sorry to hear that. From what I can see, this case is a bit of a thinner one, designed to only be able to hold two cards and a flat note of paper money - which it sounds like it does - so when you're trying to use it for more than that, I understand why it doesn't work. I would suggest that you look into bigger cases for your purpose - don't hesitate to contact us if you want help or suggestions!

You can trust the shop just don't expect the greatest product.
The quality of the item itself is not what I would expect for the cost. I've paid the same price as a genuine Polar strap and what I have received is not that-a-like. Its OK. Shipping and comms was excellent so no complaint there. This is the best I could find so it will have to do. You can trust the store, I think that's the main thing here.
