I absolutely love my counter stools…
I absolutely love my counter stools from Lush! The stools are so smooth, stylish and beautifully finished. What impressed me even more was that they arrived already assembled, so there was no need to start fixing or putting anything together myself. Everything was already professionally done by the company, which made the whole experience so easy and convenient.
They look beautiful in my kitchen, and I’m very happy with the quality and overall finish. Definitely a great purchase! ❤️

Extremely disappointing service and a…
Extremely disappointing service and a complete lack of accountability.
I received a call from the delivery drivers arranging my delivery and was specifically told it would be delivered “tomorrow”. Based on this, I booked the day off work and made arrangements to be available — only for the delivery not to arrive at all.
When I contacted the drivers to find out what had happened, there was no real accountability, explanation or apology. Customer service was equally unhelpful. Despite the considerable inconvenience caused, there was no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation or offer any form of goodwill. Instead, I was told that one option was to simply “cancel my order”. This felt extremely dismissive, particularly when I was understandably frustrated after taking a day off work based on information provided by their own delivery team.
Customers should not be expected to lose a day’s pay or use annual leave because of poor communication and unreliable delivery arrangements.
My advice to the company: Delivery drivers should be required to send customers a text or email confirming the agreed delivery date and, ideally, a delivery time slot\. This would provide customers with written confirmation and prevent situations like this from happening.
Overall, a very poor experience. The lack of communication, accountability and willingness to resolve the issue has left me extremely disappointed.

We’re sorry to hear how disappointed you were with your delivery experience.
We completely understand the frustration caused after making arrangements to be available based on the delivery information you were given, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
Our team did provide the options available at the time, including rearranging the delivery or cancelling the order if you no longer wished to proceed. This was never intended to be dismissive, but simply to make sure you were aware of all the options available to you.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding written delivery confirmation and will pass this on to our delivery team.
Kind regards,
