I recently purchased a dining set from Lush Interiors, and I’m absolutely delighted with it. The quality is excellent, the design is beautiful, and it looks even better in my home than I imagined.

The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and I’m really pleased with my purchase. If you’re looking for stylish, quality furniture that adds a touch of elegance to your home, I would definitely recommend Lush Interiors.

I received my cloud micro cement table and 6 walnut chairs and I couldn’t be happier, the quality is amazing! It goes perfectly in my kitchen. I place an order for two more chairs, looking forward to hosting!

⭐ Extremely disappointing customer service

I am very disappointed with this company and the way they handled my complaint.

I paid around £700 for an expensive marble coffee table, expecting it to be suitable for normal everyday use as a coffee table. After only about a month, the surface developed visible scratches and marks despite normal use.

I contacted the company and asked them to replace the table, but they refused. I then tried to find a reasonable solution and asked if they could send someone to inspect the table and repair or remove the scratches. They refused to do this as well.

So, after paying a significant amount of money for this table, I was left with no solution whatsoever.

They would not replace it. They would not inspect or repair it. They did not offer any practical solution to resolve the problem.

I understand that marble needs to be looked after, but this is a coffee table, and I bought it specifically to use as one. I did not expect an expensive coffee table to become marked so easily after such a short period of normal use, nor did I expect the company to simply refuse to help when I raised the issue.

What has disappointed me most is not only the condition of the table, but the lack of after-sales support and willingness to find a solution.

For a table costing around £700 I expected much better quality and customer service.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

The delivery team delivered within the time frame and kept me updated.
The product itself was fairly easy to assemble and is made well .

The table wasn’t in stock when we ordered but came back into stock sooner than expected. Good communication from Lush and excellent service from delivery company. The table was easy to assemble, with clear instructions and looks amazing, we are so happy with it

Absolutely love the table. It stunning, solid and compliments the room perfectly. Mo and the team were very accommodating when delivering and assembling the table. They were careful and deliberate when ensuring that they safely install the table and not damage the walls etc. Definitely took out any stress factors I had! Would recommend this company for their speedy and professional service as well as great quality product.

I love the furniture and the service, even the staff were so polite and cooperative. I recommend to my family friends too for Lush Interiors. Gonna buy side and coffee table soon. I love the marble dining table.

From start to finish, the customer service, communication, care and professionalism I received were excellent. I made a change to my original order, and Abdul could not have been more helpful. He listened carefully, assisted me with the changes and made sure everything was dealt with smoothly. His calm, friendly and accommodating approach made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, which I greatly appreciated.

Ozzy, Naz and Monish were equally impressive when they arrived at my home. They were friendly, polite and professional throughout the delivery and assembly. They treated my home and furniture with genuine care and respect, taking their time to ensure everything was brought inside safely and assembled properly. Their teamwork, attention to detail and positive attitude were clear from the moment they arrived.

Having furniture delivered and assembled can sometimes be stressful, especially when bringing large items into a home, but the team made the whole experience straightforward and peaceful. They worked carefully and efficiently while still making sure that everything was completed to a high standard. Nothing felt rushed, and their consideration for my home really stood out.

The excellent service I received from Abdul, Ozzy, Naz and Monish is a great reflection of Lush Interiors. It is refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about the customer’s experience and take pride in their work. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with both my order and the service provided.

I’m so happy with my new dining table and chairs ! The guys, as always, were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They kept everything clean and tidy whilst they unwrapped the packaging and put it all together..

I absolutely love my counter stools from Lush! The stools are so smooth, stylish and beautifully finished. What impressed me even more was that they arrived already assembled, so there was no need to start fixing or putting anything together myself. Everything was already professionally done by the company, which made the whole experience so easy and convenient.
