Just spoken to steve from lunastatics and true to his word a £ 100 was transferred to my acount for recommending a customer who's caravan was bought for a fare price would recommend lunastatics no problem

I found Steve and Claire at Luna Statics refreshingly open and honest about the whole process of buying used caravans. They worked really quickly and offered a really good price (much higher than I was offered by the park).

The sale of our caravan was a sensitive sale emotionally for our family. I was initially a little lost with who to get in touch with but after seeing Luna Statics on Tik Tok I was relieved to be able to speak to Steve and Claire. The team were incredibly efficient and proactive in contacting the right people all whilst keeping myself and my brother in peace of mind. Their pricing was fair and they are definitely experienced when it comes to the process of selling/buying and even the transporting of caravans. I recently purchased a new house that had a static caravan included with it, I had no use for the caravan so was looking to sell it. The problem as it turned out was the caravan had been sited in a very rural part of Wales and access to it was very difficult. Luna Caravans were very professional, offered a good price and stuck with the purchase even though it took 3 attempts to remove the caravan!! Thank you to both Steve and Claire for sticking with us and getting the caravan moved!

It was a great service from start to finish, they were quick, responsive, very professional and very competitive on the value of my caravan.
Given that this was my first caravan sale transaction conducted outside of the park we were sited, I guess I had some reservations of such a high value item to sell. However, they paid a deposit, paid before the van left the site and confirmed all was cleared before anything left the park, so I hope this review helps easy any worries that you have. Overall, I'd highly recommend for any caravan purchase.

An absolute pleasure to do business with. I needed to sell our static caravan, was offered a quite pathetic trade price by the park I was on. I tried to sell it privately on the park and had two families who desperately wanted it but were put off by the pathetic rental charge the park would make them pay for buying privately rather than buying direct from them.

I contacted two potential on-line buyers one being Luna Statics and they gave me a much better price than the other one.

In fact the amount offered would have been the same as selling privately because I would have had to pay the park a percentage plus VAT which would have reduced the price I received from them by quite a bit.

Payment was made promptly direct into my bank account.

So top marks to Luna Statics I very much doubt I could have got better.

I had a static caravan to sell and this company gave me a good price, they kept in touch regularly, even when things were delayed at my end. I can’t recommend this company high enough! An absolute pleasure to do business with.

Went very well but collection could have been better.
Was kept up to date though and paid as promised.

Brilliant communication throughout. Claire asked me what I would like to get for my static caravan and she promised to do her best to get me that figure. True to her word she found a buyer quickly who agreed to pay what I asked and the money was in my account the very same day. Highly recommend.

I have dealt with Claire and Stephen over the sale of my static and have had a wonderful service. They got the highest price, had good communication throughout and were brilliant and easy to deal with. Even though the van hasn't been moved off site yet, they have paid in full. The caravan industry is pretty cut throat but they got me a fantastic deal and i would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their static - don't just accept any old offer, try these guys first
