Update
Despite your claims of easy returns your company made it completely impossible to return an order. Replies were sarcastic rude and unhelpful and the return was rejected by your company. Our experience is very different to the helpful and easy returns process you claim to have .
Poor quality product which was impossible to return. Terrible customer service.
Update. In response to the brand’s comments below.
We ordered from the real Lukamachain website, and despite several interactions with the real customer service team they would not help us return product to their distribution centre in Belgium.

Impossible to return items to their facility in Belguim. Customer service go out of their way not to help you navigate the issues with duties.
