Wir möchten klarstellen, dass wir auf unserer Website deutlich darauf hinweisen, dass die Kosten für Rücksendungen vom Käufer getragen werden und die Rücksendungen nach Belgien geschickt werden müssen. Leider können wir als kleine, einzigartige Marke nicht wie große Unternehmen alle Kosten tragen. Von uns bezahlte Rücksendungen sind finanziell nicht machbar, aber wir helfen Ihnen immer gerne bei einer Rücksendung.

Beim Anmelden einer Rücksendung erhalten Sie einen QR-Code, mit dem Sie Anweisungen erhalten, wohin Sie den Artikel senden und wie Sie dies am besten tun. Der Hinweis, den Artikel auf Vinted zu verkaufen, ist als hilfreicher Vorschlag gedacht, da Sie den Artikel dort oft schneller loswerden. Always make sure to purchase from our official website: www.lukamachain.com. All other websites are scammers or sell low-quality counterfeit products. Some of these fake websites don't even ship anything to the customer. As of today, August 6, 2024, there are no active fake websites, and we are constantly proactive in tracking and prosecuting these sites to get them taken down as quickly as possible. We are also victims of these fake websites, and it is very sad for us that scammers use our name and photos to deceive people. We do everything we can to provide good products and services. I emphasize once again: only buy from www.lukamachain.com to be sure of your purchase.

Additionally, I understand that your goods were delivered via UPS, which suggests that you did purchase from us. When ordering from outside the EU, your government may impose import costs. UPS may have requested these fees on behalf of your government. You can indeed choose not to pay these costs, in which case the products will be returned to us, and you will receive a refund. However, if you pay these import costs, you will certainly receive the clothing that you desire. Please note that all orders within the EU are not subject to import costs. PLEASE NOTE: There are fake accounts & webshops imitating our webshop to scam people. It appears you may have ordered from one of them. Be cautious with direct ads and links on TikTok, and only shop on our official webshop www.lukamachain.com. Unfortunately, we are also victims of these scam accounts.
