I ordered a dress which looked lovely in the advert, I don't usually fall for online ads but this was convincing but then it didn't arrive for about 3 weeks, not the 3-5 days as advertised. When it eventually arrived the quality was absolutely dreadful, the cheapest material and the finish was appalling. They promised a 10% refund by return, still waiting 3 weeks later and I also paid £20 to return it to China by International Tracking, for some reason it is still pending in Customs in Shenzen! I now intend to write to BBC Watchdog to warn others about this scam company and will keep pursuing for a full refund. I just wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering. AGAIN DON'T TOUCH LUCY & WILLOW.

London is not in china. Absolutely dreadful clothing. Requested refund and had proof of posting and they went silent and didn’t respond or refund. Dreadful

Warning — avoid buying from this company

Don’t buy from them unless you’re prepared for the hassle of returning your order. If you want to return an item, you have to pay for the return delivery yourself, and they won’t even issue a full refund — they only offer 30%.

The product I received was nothing like what was shown on their website. I also believed I was buying from Lucy & Willow London, but the item was actually shipped from China.

Very misleading and, in my experience, not worth the money or the hassle. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering

I ordered a pair of linen trousers which looked lovely in the photo. When they arrived they were absolutely nothing like the photo.
So disappointed as the delivery for the item was free but to send them back I have been informed you have to pay all the shipping fees and they have to go back to China!!
Lucy willow London, is definitely very misleading
I paid £29.99 for the item, which I cannot wear as they are not a good fit or quality.
I have been back and forth with the company, even sending a photo.
All they are trying to say is I can have 10% back, then 20% back or pay the shipping charges for a full refund.
I am really disappointed and wish I had checked out the reviews before I ordered. If I had done that I would not be in this position now.
I will not be ordering from this site again.

Dress that was delivered looked nothing like the one advertised, was made of very cheap nylon and shaped like a sack.
Customer service is zero - no-one responded to my emails requesting a full refund. Had to get my credit card company to try and sort after many failed attempts. Dispute is still ongoing.

The dresses arrived and were nothing like the dresses in the pictures on the web site that I had ordered. The material is thin and very creased but would be when they had come from China! No wonder delivery was so long.
Returns you can pay £25+ to send them to Mr Wu in China or take a 10% refund. I managed to get 20% paid back to my Bank and keep the dresses that I will never wear!!Stay away from this Company

Unfortunately I have to say how disappointed I was. On the face on their website, all looked so good, prompt delivery, no problem returns and refunds not a problem. At no stage did I read that my order being made and dispatched from China. One review said their order was delivered in 3 days . I did at one stage wonder why customs were involved. Ordered 15/7 and delivered 28/7. To say I was disappointed was an understatement, colour certainly wasn’t as described, material so thin you could literally see everything through it and it was very very creased, so thought best return it. I was shocked to be advised this would be £25-30. Or 10% cash refund. Where was this mentioned when ordering? I have to say their emails have been very courteous and prompt, but why wouldn’t they, they are on one big winner. Everyone stay away from this company.

This is a con! It pretends to be a “nice” boutique style shop in the process of moving from Manchester to London but the dresses took weeks to arrive, the fit & quality is dreadful & of course when you want to return them they have to go back to Mr Wuu in China which cost me £35.90 , only returned them today so no idea when or if I will get the refund. SO AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I totally agree with all these true comments . Probably the first time I didn’t bother to read reviews . In fact the reviews weren’t alongside the dress You had to read the trustpilot page. It is a complete scam , who are Lucy and Willow ? Just couldn’t believe how dreadful the material was and all the apologies for late delivery. “Beware “as one person wrote.

I asked many times if they were in London and where the clothes came from. They consistently stated they were a proper London registered company. The goods took an age to arrive and when I queried it, was told there was a delay with the courier. I was suspicious and asked them outright if the goods were from China. They again didn’t answer. When they eventually turned up it was obvious that they were from China. Just cheap copies of their advertised items. Ghastly material and poorly made. They offered a small discount or it would cost me £35 to return to China. I contacted my credit card and answered all their questions with photographic proof and copies of all correspondence. A couple of weeks later a full refund was back in my account. This company, if not already out of business, should be stopped from trading. It’s an absolute con. Im just so grateful I got my money back!

Poor quality material. Can send back -- to China, cost £25-£ 30. Advert implies its a shop in the UK.

Stay clear of them

Told it was 3 days delivery, free returns. It took 13 days for delivery. Material poor quality and when I tried to return it is just a nightmare. They want photos of the dresses. How can the quality show up on a picture? Secondly to return it. You send it back to China where I assumed the order was from the Uk and was addresses in China at a cost of £25/£30 to return. What a joke. I will throw them in the trash first. Be aware

Terrible product. Might have been better wearing a bin bag. Material very similar and style non existent.
Went straight to charity shop without passing go. Been conned once but never again!

I was conned by a facebook ad that was advertising classy looking blouses at half price, due to a retirement sale. I ordered two, but when they arrived by Evri (not Royal Mail as their website showed) they were made from a disgusting polyester fabric and were packed in what looked like zip top freezer bags! When I asked to return them for a full refund, I was prepared to pay the return postage. However, they sent me the return adress, which is in China and that would cost me £25 - £30 tracked. I feel totally stupid for falling for it. BEWARE

The dress that arrived looked more like a cheap stretchy sofa cover than a designer dress.
Customer service cocky and no help at all.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered a bag.
As others have said, this "company" is not UK based. Delivery took forever, and the bag is of very poor, shoddy quality.
Returning to China at my own expense would be almost as much as I paid for the bag itself, so unfortunately I am just going to have to write it off as a lesson learnt.

Ordered a bag which took for ever to arrive and when it finally did quality was awful. I did what was asked and contacted them to return the item. I bought from 'Lucy & Willow. London' two of the Elara Relaxed Ruffle-Trim Linen Blouse -- one in Yellow and one in Black. The impression I got was that this company was located in London or at least had a representative shop in London. Not so! The website gives the story of two enterprising English ladies from Manchester soon to open a branch in London. Not so it turns out. It took almost a month before I finally received my two blouses here in London. They were shipped from Singapore as it turns but as the label makes clear they were made in China. That would be ok, but the main reason I ordered these was that I wanted a Linen garment for the Summer. The website states that they are 'Linen' but when they arrived they contain no linen fabric at all. The labels say that they are both made from 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. So not Linen and not breathable at all And they don't even have the look of linen. They look like cheap polyester garments . I have no doubt the photos they use on the website of this product were made of linen or a linen blend -- but these are not the same as depicted on the website. I am disgusted -- it is a lie and a Scam.

PLEASE avoid purchasing from this company full stop. My family bought clothing and some of the quality was dire. Returns are sent to China yes CHINA at your own costs despite the online shop front angled to make you feel it's a London company. Neither Ecomdream or LucyWillow London exist in UK Company registration files. Please be warned up front, this is a far eastern operational selling cheap low quality goods under a smart marketing campaign --> DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My advice is to avoid this company. Items are poor quality for the price. Returns policy is an absolute rip off & extremely expensive as returns are to China .
