I’ve been to see Soraya twice for RTT sessions in 2022 and 2024 which have been life changing in a really positive way. It’s removed a lot of anger and helped me rekindle relationships with family as well as keeping me more in tune with my subconscious. Last week I did her nervous system reset when I could feel that reset moment and feel so much more at ease at a super stressful period. Thank you Soraya for all your support!

I randomly stumbled across this retreat and decided to book on a whim, as I’d realised that I’d become quite detached from my yoga and meditation practise.
I’m so glad that I followed my intuition. The retreat was such a treat and everything that I needed. It was Nourishing, grounding and activating, in equal measure.
We were held and guided, with kindness and grace, by the wonderful Soraya, who was supported by a host of established wellness practitioners.
I had no prior experience with hypnotherapy. It found it to be gentle and grounding and a great gateway into the journaling exercises. And it was also nice to have a ’taster’ of the other wellness modalities that the other practitioners introduced us to.
The location was an oasis of beauty, in the middle of the city. Soraya’s food was delicious, nourishing & nutritious. I left feeling full. So full that I returned for the 2nd retreat, but somehow forgot to leave a review. I look forward to attending future retreats.

I was exceptionally lucky to have my spot at Soraya's weekend spiritual retreat. It was the second time I attended and second time she fully delivered.
From the very beginning I was met with relaxing,calm and friendly atmosphere,where I could prepare for the day ahead ,enjoining delicious hand made,healthy and nutritious snacks and drinks.
The retreat was spread over 2 days and was filled with various experiences to heal body &mind,including hypnosis,sound bath,reiki,hot yoga and many more. Between the treatments,I was offered and served a delicious, home made 3 course lunch to restore and replenish my energy.
Soraya's warm and attentive nature made me feel really welcome,she made sure every participant was well looked after and feeling super comfortable.
I left the retreat feeling uplifted,relaxed and craving more,not to mention a very kind and generous gift back filled with all healthy treats-thank you!
Definitely coming back and actually can't wait until the next retreat.

Soraya's last Renew & Rise Retreat at the Reconnect studio was a very special 2 days - the different therapists and healing, the other people, her lovely manner and how she nurtures everyone - right down to the super healthy food and snacks. I also really loved the hot yoga - which I wasn't expecting. I have since trained in energy healing offered by one of Soraya's speakers and another participant has joined my Clubbercise classes, so it's fair to say it changed my life! If you want a reset, please consider her Renew & Rise Retreat as it will surely change your life in ways you might not be able to guess!

I'm just reflecting over a fabulous couple of days at Sorayas reset retreat. I needed this more than I knew. A chance to connect with likeminded women, to take time out of life to concentrate on me and my own needs and desires. Combining many different practices to help us really reset and recharge. This is the first time in years where I've switched off from the outside world completely. Soraya was a fabulous host, provided the most wonderful nourishing snacks and lunches. This was honestly more than I could have hoped for, and I definitely had my own little enlightened moment. I hope this becomes a regular retreat, because I definitely need this opportunity every now and then. Thank you Soraya!

I have now had two RTT sessions with Soraya helping me we big issues in my life. I was and am amazed how much change can happen with hypnotherapy. It worked for me. Soraya is a beautiful person - very calm, kind with a wonderfully soothing voice. Very flexible and professional. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Limited self therapy has truly changed my life. Before I started, anxiety clouded my thoughts and made it difficult to relax. After my hypnosis I gained clarity and changed my thoughts of my past in my subconscious mind it significantly reduced my anxiety levels, allowing me to think more clearly and approach challenges with calmness.

Soraya has a gentle approach which made it easy for me to open up and get to the root of my problem. We discovered that my fear of heights which was effecting me daily (even with walking down stairs) started in early childhood. Im pleased that this has now been massively reduced with soraya's dedicated help.

She's very nice and knowledgable and made me feel heard. I really did not think the problem I had was fixable or that I would be able to relax enough during the hypnosis but it ended up working surprisingly well. It really has a big positive impact on my life. I also really love that - compared to talking therapy - I don't have to do anything. I just listen to her talk during the hypnosis and then just let it do its thing. I appreciated that a lot.

Now a non smoker after almost a lifetime of smoking. I found her knowledge and skills set second to none and her ability to put those skills into practice has meant that I’ve remained a none smoker. The recording that is provided after the hypnotherapy session is such a great resource and I really enjoy listening to it. I would recommend Soreya 150%!

Not sure how RTT works, but I gave it a go and for some reason many positive changes have occurred in my life, too many to put it down to coincidence. I don't understand the 'how' and admit I was skeptical, but its been 6 weeks now since my first session with Soraya and my life has changed for the better.
I give 5 stars because Soraya was just so amazing to deal with, extremely personable and generous with her time. She really cares about the success of RTT and I am extremely grateful to her for all of her help.

I struggled with having a bad image of myself and even loving myself. Working with Soraya, I was able to understand why I didn’t feel enough and how I could find validation in myself. It easily got better and now I feel continuously motivated to do the things I want to do without any doubts that I deserve them.

Wonderful and great experience from the start of the engagement and Soraya gave me confidence and also great results with my fear of driving on the highway. The experience was very good.

Honestly, I was very skeptical but I decided to trust the process and thank God I did. I have been able through some issues that were blocking my own successes in life. Now, I am much happier and so hopeful which would not have been the case without this treatment. I do however wish the intervals for check ins after the treatment would go on for a longer time period.

I had a session with Soraya to help me prepare for a dental session I was dreading.
Soraya asked really clear questions and quickly understood my issues.
