Driver destroys property and no responsibility
So I would give them zero stars if it was available. Absolute worst shipping company. I've had the same man come to my house four times throw my package at my door and run over my flowers and shrubs in my yard cause he drives through the middle of my yard! I got him on my security camera all four times. But los doesn't have a telephone number to get a hold of anybody and they don't return your calls when you send an email.I absolutely do not want this man on my property!

I did write a review on how they dropped the ball with my order. However, I have to provide them with recognition. They did pick the ball up and I had my delivery the next day before my birthday. However, there was a communication error with Fashion Nova with sending over the tracking number. I would like to thank this vendor for taking accountability for something they didn't do. Still, delivering my item and a timely manner for me to celebrate my birthday, thank you. Thank you again.

No response on lost shipment
This carrier is losing shipments and responding to emails through their portal. You cannot speak with a person, all you get is an automated recording. My shipment has been unable to access and still hasn't changed and there has been no response. I also left a 1-star review for Fashion Nova for using them.

Yet another person here again to report that I’m pretty sure my package was stolen. It’s been days since my tracking info was updated. If you work for lso and steal packages you are a BUM scum of the earth person and karma will get you!
Horrible and Inaccurate Tracking
I will never EVER buy from Fashion Nova again due to them using LSO....Trust when I say these reviews are also sealing the deal for me. I just wanted something I could wear to a friend's casual birthday party. The order was supposed to be delivered 11/3/23, the party is tomorrow. Mind you the package has been near me for a few days. So I just knew I was going to get lucky and it was going to be delivered early. YEAH RIGHT!!! I doubt it will even get here. At this point all I want is my money back. I ordered multiple items so I'm definitely irritated. There hasn't been any updates as to where my items could be since the morning it was supposed to arrive. Not to mention the package is literally in the next town over. I stay near Houston but live in a nearby town. I can get to Houston in less than hour. So I'm not sure how a package could be lost/

Delivered a package empty today with a Christmas gift for my son. I ordered it from Nordstroms and they cut the tape and STOLE the gift. Now I have to wait for Nordstrom’s to investigate so I can get a refund! IM PISSED

This is the absolute worst carrier ever, I ordered a package from Nordstrom, & i believe their employees are stealing the packages. My package has not been delivered in addition they have no customer service! I've sent emails with no fallow up if call.

Never heard of this shipping company until now..
Placed my order with Nordstrom on 10/27. It was shipped the next day on 10/28. Expected arrival date was 10/31… (and until now, 11/2, it still shows the expected arrival date is 10/31).
The shipment was sent out in my own state. And it arrived in my city on 10/30. It’s been in my city for 4 days now and has yet to be delivered.

HORRIBLE!!!! Awful, thieves. Shame on all of them. I wish FASHION NOVA would stop using them. Every single time they use them, I NEVER GET MY PACKAGE. Then fashion nova has to reimburse me but here’s the catch half the stuff I’ve ordered is no longer available. This delivery company stinks, they need to be shut down!!!!!
We have been waiting for the overnight…
We have been waiting for the overnight shipping for 7 days. Every phone number go straight to voice mail, says we are not open or not able to answer the phone. We drove to two locations in attempt to pick up our package and there was no one there or would not open the door. We have done online requests for customer service and have not heard a reply. The is not service. We are willing to go pick up the package if we could simply speak to someone.
The worst
I don't believe any consumers actually want to use this company. They lose (or I suspect steal) packages regularly and if by chance they actually deliver your package don't be surprised if it's to the wrong location or shows up damaged. I honestly think they have a bunch of thieves and incompetent employees. Complain to whoever you buy stuff from to stop using this service. It worked for me (REI quit using them eventually, I assume after so many complaints). Never had these repeated issues with other couriers.

Wish I could give no stars. This is the worst delivery service I have ever had the misfortune in dealing with and the second time I have experienced them. If the company I ordered from can’t find another service better than LSO I won’t be ordering from them again. No tracking number and no updates since September 29,2023 and they won’t even answer my emails.

If no stars could be given that is how I would rate my experience. They delivered my package to wrong address. Which was delivered in another city. They do not take ownership for delivering to wring address. Even showing then the invoices showing the email on file to deliver to, they still claim they deliver to correct address and will not do anything to fix it. They are giving out people addresses. They gave the the address to the home where my package was delivered, which is a big hippa violation. I could of easily got in my car and drove there to the people house to get my package.

My husband ordered $600 worth of cologne from Nordstrom (creed & Chanel). The package was delivered empty! The delivery driver literally threw the empty package at our front door! This company should be shut down!
They are thieves
They are thieves. This is the fourth package from Nordstrom that has conveniently disappeared. One time a Nordstrom package actually arrived on my porch at 10 o’clock at night, and the box was open and the contents were halfway out of the box. They see Nordstrom and they open it and if it’s something they want, they keep it. It’s obvious. When Nordstrom uses FedEx or UPS or the US mail, my package arrives within two days. Nordstrom, you are not listening! Stop using LSO they are thieves!

I live in Galveston Tx I received packages from Lso but the carrier would call asking for my gate code too get in the condos that I live in make sure the person that is receiving the packages leaves a phone number or email threw tracking info when they ship the items but Lso failed too ship one of my orders threw fashion nova I do prefer usps over Lso Lso should at least pick up the phone or actually respond too a email I’m waiting for a package right now one day the package is In Houston Tx then in Austin Tx back too Houston the next
