If there was a Zero rating. I will give to them. I work from home and what that means is that I am home all day. I ordered a package from Nordstrom Rack. The package was split into two. One was delivered at my door by UPS. The other was marked as
“Sorry we missed you
LSO attempted to deliver your package today, but unfortunately missed you. Don't worry—they'll try again on the next business day”
My home office is next to my front door, so this is a lie. Today is the next day, I expected them to show up. Still no call, no show. I contacted Nordstrom Rack and they told me the carrier is having problem with locating me. I wonder how they missed me the first day and the second day they cannot find me.
These folks are horrible. Nordstrom Rack can do better. If Nordstrom Rack continue using this folk for packages. They will not get my money again. I am sure it’s not the first time Nordstrom Rack is hearing this. LSO has 1 star so it’s either Nordstrom Rack don’t care about us or they just done listen.

I order from Nordstrom January 7th package wasn’t picked up from Nordstrom until January 11th it’s now January 19th and still haven’t received my package the dumb ass website on one day indicates “out for delivery” then the very next day “ inbound scan” like WHAT it just said it was “out for delivery “
I really wish Nordstrom would change their delivery service. It doesn’t make sense that a store like Nordstrom‘s is using a company like this to deliver their packages. Do they not see this happening? Are they not paying attention?

LSO experience
The man who delivered it was very nice. He stood and waited for me to open the door so my package wouldn’t have to sit in water from melted ice. He didn’t throw it or steal it and my package was three days early and came early in the day!

I had ordered from SHEIN like I normally Do And stayed home the day my package was suppose to be delivered I even had my WINDOW BLINDS OPEN ❗️they said they delivered my package and never did ! I contacted SHEIN and I couldn’t get my money back due to them saying I signed for the package when I never did ! I’m scared to even order online anymore cause idk if my package is going to go through them or NOT And it’s irritating. They have NO Number To contact them on I even sent an email and no one never reached out . I just hope these companies see these comments and DO NOT Use them . I believe it’s a Scam Delivery Service cause it’s just too ridiculous how many comments people are complaining about the SAME Issue

The ABSOLUTE WORST…
Please refrain from ordering anything online if they are using this company to ship with. This is the most incompetent and laziest shipping company I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention they lie a lot and steal packages. I made sure I stayed home three days straight to make sure that I was here when my package arrived because it was constantly saying “unable to access”. After the three days, the status updated twice, saying the same thing when no one had ever even attempted to deliver my package. This company alone makes me not want to order online simply because I don’t know if they are being used to ship packages or not.
These guys suck on every level from the CEO on down.
These guys are a totally mismanaged and pitiful organization from the CEO on down. If they were a publicly traded company they would have been run out of business a long time ago. Apparently, and what their other reviews would indicate, a good number of LSO's employees are professional criminals, and thieves. I ordered an expensive bottle of perfume from ULTA for my 16 yr old daughter for Christmas when the package finally arrived on the the day after Christmas I immediately realised it had been opened and retaped with clear tape. sure enough her $180.00 bottle of perfume had been replaced with a pack of men's depends PEE PEE underwear.

By the way the package was ordered on December 17th. The tracking information said the package was out for delivery on the 20th in Kansas City (in the metro where I am staying) but was never delivered until the 26th of December.

Terrible shipping service
Terrible shipping service. Instead of making an attempt to find the address they just put “unable to locate” also there is no way to get a hold of customer service except for a email message. I’m not sure why merchants use this company. They deserve zero stars.
Horrible Shipping Company!
This is the worst shipping company that I have ever seen... I placed a order through a merchant that uses LSO as a shipping vendor and my package said Door, not able to locate , my address was correct on the package no reason why they did not deliver only because they are lazy... the next day the tracking updated to out for delivery so I waited and surely the driver pulled into my driveway rolled the window down and threw the package out of the car window landing in front of my garage. I was furious and told them they should have got out to place my at the door. This is how they treat customers packages... horrible merchants need to stop using this garbage shipping company... so many complaints on BBB and reported them to the FTC... they are thieves .... never using a merchant who use them as a shipping vendor...

I've ordered through them twice. Both times they sent my package to the wrong address. This last time they sent me someone else's package from a different city. I will not order from a business that uses this carrier again.
Other than taking longer than expected…
Other than taking longer than expected to be delivered, my package which included 6, 750ml glass bottles, marked FRAGILE arrived intact. Even without any dents in the box. I had read all the negative reviews and was worried since my package had not gotten to me yet. But, all was good. Just wanted to leave a positive review amongst all the negative ones. I'm glad I did not have a similar experience!
Avoid buying online from anyone shipping with LSO
Had two packages from Nordstrom with delivery dates of 11/29 and 12/4. Both dates have come and gone with no package. On 12/4, I contacted Nordstrom regarding the package I was expecting on 11/29, and just so happened to screenshot the tracking information. Funny how I went to LSO’s website to see if there had been any movement and it was updated to say delivered 12/1 at 12:00pm. Weird, it didn’t say that on 12/4! The 12/4 package is still MIA, but I’m sure that’ll get a fake delivery date as well. People need to keep screen shots of this crap because I could've been responsible for hundreds of dollars worth of “delivered” merchandise that I didn’t actually receive. That is truly alarming. Are they processing so many shipments stuff is falling through the cracks, or is there some kind of fraud/theft occurring? Truly seems odd to me that out of nowhere there is updated tracking on a package that’s already been reported as missing.
Bad enough to make me stay away from companies that use them
I never write reviews, but honestly I’m so mad I couldn’t help myself this time. Ordered something from Nordstrom Rack. Anticipated delivery date came and went. Reached out to LSO to find out what was going on, as the status indicated that my package was sitting in my city’s warehouse. They responded and essentially told me that yes, my package had arrived, and they’d deliver it whenever. But to keep in mind that they don’t have a turnaround time. Which is absolutely absurd to me but I digress. Reached back out to Nordstrom to let them know the situation and they told me I could file a missing package report for a refund a few days later if I never received it. Package status changed to “out for delivery” this morning, nearly two weeks later, and have yet to receive the package.

I can not believe how awful this carrier is to have all this 1-star reviews. I never write reviews but this is just bizarre to me. They never delivered my package and when i emailed them weeks after about it, they retroactively marked it as delivered on the date it was supposed to be at 10pm. That makes no sense and i go outside of my house several times a day for my pets so no way i would have missed it. They just cover their own ass and make no effort to make it right. They never even responded to my email after saying they'd look into it. Just got the notif from shein that it was delivered. Unbelievable

I wish I can give a no STAR. This company is an absolute fraud. I have never had a bad experience shopping on SHEIN until they partnered with LSO.
Tracking showed they couldn’t locate my address, reached out to them to provide my contact info and gate access. I was shocked and still in shock to be told item has been delivered earlier.
Where is the proof and why is there no notification on delivery like other vendors do?

Friday 11-24-2023 I got an email from Garrison Brothers Distillery offering a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy a super limited whiskey limited to less than 200 bottles. I ordered immediately.
While checking out it takes you to Bottle Nexus which is a 3rd party store to checkout and to handle shipping.
To my surprise my order was out for delivery 5 days later on 11/29/2023 at 7:36am. So i took the day off of work ran home and awaited my delivery. Nobody every showed up. I never left my home and i also have a nest doorbell with a camera. On 11/30/2023 i started to get concerned as no updates on tracking took place. So i started to do research and saw that the shipping company is know to steal packages and never deliver the order. So i started reaching out to Bottle Nexus and to LSO (Lone Star Overnight) to no avail.
On 12/1 i started frantically calling Garrison Brothers, Bottle Nexus and LSO. (LSO will NOT answer any phone calls or emails). Garrison Brothers promised me to make things right and said they will figure it out. Of course after making a huge deal about it LSO updated tracking on 12/1 at 6:44pm i was notified the package was delivered. I checked my nest doorbell/camera and nobody came to my door. Then i want and checked LSO's tracking on their website and see that they claim they delivered the package at 10:54pm on 11/29 (but entered the info on 12/1). Keep in mind this was an alcohol shipment which means there is a requirement to have someone home to sign for the alcohol.
Unfortunately i am just another customer scammed by LSO and will lose my hundreds of dollars and nothing will be done about it.
I have had packages “LOST”
I have had a few packages that would say it’s been shipped and then no update for weeks, I contacted them through email and once again the package has been “LOST” so now when I see an online store use LSO, I empty my cart or either pay the extra shipping fee to get it delivered by UPS/FedEx, and don’t use the “free shipping” because it’s going through LSO, The LSO website updates my delivery daily for the past month even though the package has been “LOST”
Lesson Learned.
