Всичко според очакванията. Без инциденти. Добра цена и добро обслужване. Малки недостатъци. Не бяхме информирани, че офиса на терминал 1 е затворен и от бележката на вратата разбрахме, че трябва да се обадим за трансфер. Чужденци щяха да се оправят трудно. Колата беше стара и доста очукана с навъртяни 100 000 км, но вървеше добре и нямаше проблеми

Good value for money
The receiveing and returning process were very good. Quick and informativy as you need. The air condition in the car was bad. When the temp outside rise the air condition was not sufficiant at all. Also on one day the indication of engine oil level was given alert. I checked the oil level in it seem to be almost empty. I talked with the service and he send me to buy an oil at gasoline station on cash and fill the oil by my self. Also about the air condition he asked me to go to the local rental car station to check and if they find a problem they will send me to the garge to fix it and also to pay cash ( they will return the cost back when I will return the car with an invoice on their name). I prefer not to deal with the air condition...the car was not new with 255000 km but she was very comfortable and in very good condition and the type that I was asking for. The value of the deal was very good refer to other option from other rental car agency.

We offer both options, so we can give the client freedom to choose the most convenient option for him. If the customer goes to a car workshop, we cover all costs related to the technical condition of the car.

Value for money, but...
Call center and representatives on Sofia and Burgas reception were very good.
Car was fine - not more than that.
The mechanic/tech team in Burgas was not professional at all !! They didn't know how to open seats and reserve wheel location and how to release this wheel.

This is my third Passat from…
This is my third Passat from lowcostcars.
All of the cars are very tired, high mileage, poor technical condition , scratches dents on the paintwork broken bumpers , warning lights on the dashboard etc…. Those cars are not for renting they should be sent to a scrap yard.

Extremely unprofessional and very cheeky! Avoid at all costs!
Extremely unprofessional and rude attitude towards the customer. I’ve had a very unpleasant experience with those people. I arrived at the airport at 2 am and was refused to be rented out a car by these folks for not having a penalty card. I wrote a very wrong and detailed email in regards to their Terms and conditions and their very badly designed website but didn't get a response. It's been almost 2 weeks. Also, they decided it's only right to take 15% of the booking cost. How cheeky is that :)? Not only that, but they were blaming me and were being very disrespectful and rude. And the funniest thing is that I managed to rent a car eventually from another Bulgarian rental car company and also got offers from both Hertz, Enterprise and Sixt :D - In the same country and with the same government regulations/law. They almost ruined my stay in Bulgaria and also got away with 15% of the money I paid for the booking! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

You have made your booking online on our web-site. In our rental terms is clearly stated, that in case if you have bulgarian driving license, it is mandatory to provide a penalty card. There is also a cancellation policy in case if needed document is not provided, 15% of the amount of the booking is kept as a cancellation fee. By making your booking, You have agreed with both of these rental terms!
According to Bulgarian Traffic Law your driving license is not valid without a penalty card. In case if other companies are giving vehicles to the customers without valid documents, it means they are violating the law. Low Cost Cars works clear and legal, that is why we can not afford us to violate the law. Low Cost Cars

Had to call the infoline to be able to return the car as the office was closed. After that was told to be on the exact time at the office and guess what - had to call one more time to get the guy in the office and he was late more than 10 minutes

Low Cost Car Rental Review
I have found renting a car with Low Cost Cars a very straightforward and simple process. The staff are always friendly and professional but recently the biggest drawback has been at the carhire desk inside the airport. This is not due to the staff on duty but more to do with other customers wanting to rent cars.
When you have pre-cooked a car the check-in process takes about 15-mins but on the last two occasions I have rented through Low Cost Cars I have spent an hour queuing behind customers who seem to be in no hurry and chat away aimlessly to the staff.

I'm not sure this car often went to the garage. Exceeding 90km/h was à Real danger as the car had not enough stability.
Employees are nevertheless very kind.

The car was good, but . . .
The car was good, a good price, and the reps were pleasant and helpful. BUT . . . It was very annoying when your rep was not at the airport at the agreed hire start time. We were left standing with nobody to "Meet and Greet" and it was only after we had chased the company up that the car appeared. Not good.
