I wasn’t sure at first, so I ordered the box of different bread and I was presently surprised texture nice and soft . taste was very nice the best low carb bread I’ve tasted in awhile so I’ve ordered more now

Very easy yo use their Website - products are excellent - bit pricey but I think worth the money compared to other Low Carb sites. Definitely recommend 👍

I ordered on 21 Dec after their website & insta account had both stated orders after 19/12 will be dispatched after xmas. Instead, the fispatched immediately, and goods arrived before xmas when I had no room in the freezer to store. I contacted them ... no apology at all & they said I didn't request dispatch after xmas (moot point given their own statements abput delivery times). I replied stating this and asking for a 50% refund to cover wastage. More than 2 weeks later, I haven't had a reply. Very bad!

Also, the bread was wet when it arrived (box was dry) and appeared to have been packed when frozen.

My first time ordering and I left it to the end of the week thinking dispatch would be monday. I emailed friday to check when dispatch would be thinking monday (as mentioned on website) but was told dispatch is Friday and will arrive with me saturday. It never arrived saturday or monday or Tuesday! I emailed and got no reply, I found a number in there Facebook page and left a message with my name/number to call me back and no q bothered. Really bad impression for my 1st order and wont be ordering again. God knows how the products have been stored for 5 days/nights in a warehouse or van in whatever temperature.. ill not be taking it now should it arrive!

I've been a customer for around 7 months. I've had a couple of occasions where the bread has arrived a little squashed.

However, over Xmas I received my standard order of six, supposedly large, loaves of bread. However, they were either very squashed or a bad batch. They were all around 8cm tall. A normal loaf is double that.

I sent an email. I then sent an enquiry from their webpage. No response other than an automated reply. Then I noticed that there is no phone number under contacts on their website. A phone number that I found on Google just doesn't connect.

So, if you want to take the risk of paying a lot of money and getting a substandard product and then being completely ignored when you try to report the issue, then go ahead and purchase from this company.

I've cancelled my subscription and won't be reactivating it until I get some customer service.

Edit: I did finally receive a callback. They had some temporary staff in over Xmas and substandard product had got past their normal checks.

The order was resent and there has been no repeat of the issue since.

Buying from Low Carb Food was easy and the products came quickly. The snacks were particularly tasty and lovely but have not had chance to try the meal yet - it's in the freezer so can't rate that. Unfortunately the bread rolls were not very nice - that has been my experience of other low carb bread too. I think I will have to make my own,

Great products, really good overall experience

I get the seeded uncut bread and it's the best low carb bread I've had,makes lovely toast but is also nice as a sandwich.
Others have tasted very much like cardboard when toasted.
Also as a diabetic it doesn't spike my blood sugars

The bread tastes good and toasts beautifully too!
I don’t have to feel guilty about eating bread on my low carb diet!

Nice product ideas. Excellent execution of the order..sadly the breads are too calorific, feel.like rubber and taste not so great.

Tried loads of alternative breads since diagnosis,non were acceptable until I found you. No blood sugar spikes. I can even squeeze 1/2 tsp of Branston pickle on my cheese roll for lunch. Heaven 😄

Loaves freeze well and last for ages, you can peel off one slice at a time to toast or defrost.

The best low carb bread I have tasted. Put an order in just to try this company out. Within a few days of receiving my initial order I then put a bulk order in and signed up to the subscribe & save service. Both orders reached me within 24 hours via Royal Mail. They don't use those nasty sweeteners, seed oils or gums which is great. The bread is Keto friendly and High in protein and fibre making it ideal for me to manage blood sugars. This company comes highly recommended, great service, great bread and fast shipping.

Fast delivery, well packaged. Love these low carb products.Nice to have normal sized slices in the 700g loaf. The rolls are great and good ingredients

Good choice of products,which arrived very quickly. Good texture for all the breads I chose. All tasted good , I especially enjoyed the foccachia.

Their bread and baked goods are absolutely loaded with sodium and should have a warning label as they could make some people very ill indeed. The amount of salt exceeds the limit for very high. So if you have blood pressure issues, kidney issues, heart problems etc I would avoid this company. They were very dismissive when i pointed out the saltiness. They have no right to claim their products are healthy as they are clearly not and they should put a red traffic light on their products with a warning label. Their rolls and baguettes are simply the bread in a different shape - a soft crust baguette? Their products taste like brine. Bread is a staple and not something to load masses of sodium into.

Loaf was intact and without holes. Packaged safely to prevent a delicate item from transportation damage. Arrived speedily. Apart from the (universal) Keto HUGE cost, Alls well with this order. Many Thanks*
