Had a great day out at Park Hall…
Had a great day out at Park Hall Country Park with plenty of activities to do. Our 15 month old grandson had a really lovely time meeting the newborn lambs, seeing the rabbits, watching the pig racing, driving round the park on the tractor ride and playing on both the outside play park and the indoor soft play. So much to do for all ages, highly recommend

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service.
I booked day tickets instead of annual pass and requested for a cancellation and refund; using their ‘contact us’ form.
I tried to ring them however it was past their working hours. 9am next working day, my tickets were cancelled and full refund issued by Vinny. No questions asked and no faff. Absolutely brilliant understanding and support.

Hi Lynette,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re really sorry for the frustration caused when trying to change your booking. We did work to get your date amended and ensure your tickets were issued in time for the event, however we completely appreciate that this took longer than we would have liked.
While we always aim to make changes as quickly and smoothly as possible, there are occasions where amendments can take a little longer to process. We understand how important it is for this to be handled promptly, and we apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
Thank you for your patience while we resolved this, and we hope you had an enjoyable time at the Faulty Towers Dining Experience.
Kind regards,
Vinny

Proactive
Initially, my booking went wrong and the payment was pending in my account but the team reached out and checked in with me, giving me reassurance and resolving the problem without me needing to find out how to contact them which was helpful. I also found the family ticket was cheaper than on another website which was a bonus.
