I ordered an urn from this site and paid £5.95 for quick delivery. I kept checking online for updates to my order and I kept getting "Order fulfilled" so I had no reason to worry until I got a notification off my bank saying that the money had been refunded. I checked through all emails and had nothing sent from them. I then emailed them to ask why and they said they emailed me numerous times to say that the urn is not available so they refunded me. I have asked them to resend me these emails but they are now totally ignoring me. As if losing my mother on boxing day and having to order this urn in the 1st place wasn't bad enough, I am then treated like this by a company who deals in very sensitive situations and should be more sensitive to the customer service provided by them. Do not be fooled by the cheap price of this site compared to many, they are a scam so please stay away or you will suffer more stress than is needed

After reading the reviews the negative outway the positives.I paid 195 for a very tiny necklace with heart pendant .the chain was the most thinnest chain I'd ever seen and would snap at an instance.it wasn't hallmarked so not sure whether it's gold.Ive contacted the company to ask for a replacement chain and they sd the pendant was wat Id paid for.so its cost me nearly 200pounds for the tiny pendant.I wouldn't recommend this company and would advice goingbto a jewellers where u can see what ur paying for.Its sad enough when ur buying something to remind you of someone you have lost and loved so dearly without getting ripped off .

I ordered 2 sterling silver necklaces for my wife and sister-in-law's late brothers ashes to be placed inside.
When they arrived you could not read the engraved name and some letters were missing. I sent them back at my own cost and they were re-engraved. They engraved over the top and it is now completely unreadable as they weren't correctly aligned and just smudged. I picked the best of the worst for my wife and proceeded to place the ashes inside the heart pendant only to find that the lid wont unscrew and just bends under the slightest amount of pressure. I was told they are non returnable because they've been engraved (EXTREMELY POORLY). £140 down the drain at such a vulnerable time in our lives. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!

Do not buy from this company, I ordered a urn for my mams ashes and the lid on the urn was faulty it was slightly smaller then the urn so it would not screw tight, so I emailed them 1 week ago with no reply as I need to send it back for a refund so reading other reviews on here I wish I checked first before ordering as the reviews are absolutely rubbish disgusting , so please avoid this crap company as there is not a phone number for this company, so you can not ring them they take your money and send you crap products in return

Do not buy from this company . I purchased a sterling silver urn necklace and after 2 months it has turn brass . When contacting the company there response was this can happen and we can advice a polish to use.
I have just had it confirmed with a jewellers that it is fact not sterling silver .

Do not buy from this company. When your product is ok, it’s all good. However if you have an issue with the urn then it’s a different matter altogether. There is zero customer service. I bought a heart shaped, personalised urn and when it arrived the writing of the name was smudged. So I emailed them asking if they could help me. They replied with a dismissive reply. I emailed them again and they ignored me. I emailed them again, still no reply. Shoddy work, that’s not checked before it’s sent out. Do not use them

Ordered a "solid brass urn" from love to treasure. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The urn arrived, I opened the urn and it had black sticky substance inside, after I cleaned the urn, the inside of the urn was actually a silver colour not brass. I contact the company, who do not have a contact number on their website (first warning sign I missed), they said it is hand made and the black inside is the sand from when its made, thats fair enough but does not explain the silver colour inside. I purchased another sold brass urn from a different company, it is brass colour on the inside and the inside of the lid, thus proof that the one from love to treasure is not actually solid brass as suspected. Such a devious, scamming company, PREYING on people who are at their most VUNERABLE after the loss of a loved one. DO NOT BUY FROM LOVE TO TREASURE!!!

Absolutely beautiful quality jewellery received for my step children to be Ble to have their dad close again. Quick delivery an overall resealable priced too. Very happy. Would highly recommend

Received my urn within 2 days of order, beautiful engraving . Very strong urn, was a little difficult to open but at least I know its secure. Very happy with thus product. My mum now rests peacefully. Thank-you so much

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered three chains which were due to be delivered by dpd. I was home at the time of delivery and DPD sent me confirmation that item had been delivered with a picture of someone elses doorstep! I raised with love to treasure through the contact form on the website and received no response. When I sent an email to the returns email finally was contacted back to be told that they could not pursue with dpd as I reported to late!! I have no chains and am £150 down. Disgusting service for such a sensitive item too

Ordered a first necklace, which was stuck with Evri for 7 days, and when it arrived the package was beaten up and the necklace was missing, although the box present.

Told them, and after 24 hours I got an email saying that they've shipped another one with royal mail.

This one arrived, fully fine and everything else.
Happy with their customer service, and the Evri delay is not their fault, but definitely do not trust Evri. happy that they send a 2nd one really quickly however.

No problems. Ordered 11/06/23 arrived promptly 13/06/23. One large urn and three keepsakes all of the same design. Excellent quality.

This Horrible company is way below the expected level of experience and proffesionalism.
Kathy stated she would be at the property to receive a return by special delivery. Royal mail have had 2 attempts I contacted this grim reaper an she stated she deliberately was not there as I was straight to the point she sent item out that was not engraved properly and you could not read it . This company and specimen of a director is insensitive and don't care about customers feelings what so ever I hope her next life is that bad for her. I've seen that many maggots in my life and she as gone far beyond this.
Unless people like to shop with a company that is heartless and insensitive then this is the one for you love to treasure is on ebay etsy and site of there own 3 weeks down the line of loosing a loved one you have to put up with this kind of attitude her heart is cold and she's callous with no feelings 💙🖤 and her heart is black and full of poison. Considering the goods they sell you would of thought that customers shopping with them are at a vulnerable point due to there loss even funeral directors don't act in this manner.
She states deliberately not arrived early at depot so returns was missed this is a callous juvenile delinquent that tries to test customers patience nothing else she's immature and as not grown up to face responsibilities of her own actions let alone the companies she is the grim reaper in disguise don't let her fool you as if you do you will see the opposite side to her once you are disappointed in goods and need to return and specially knowing at times like this she does not need to show bitterness towards customers because of her wrong doings and not customers, customers at times like this are going to be annoyed at goods that are done in bad taste. Overall my experience would not deserve 1 star but there is nothing less, disgusting deceitful rude obnoxious degrading person basically not enough words to describe the company and director

We ordered an engraved urn on a Saturday and it arrived Tuesday, actually as i imagined it would look.

Ordered a 'brother' necklace urn for my son to keep his brothers ashes in who sadly passed away at 6 months old. It was the only gift my 10 year old asked for his birthday.

I placed the order, received a dispatch email very promptly which I was happy about. Then after several days and no delivery I contacted the company, and I received no reply. A few more days of waiting I emailed again and asked for a telephone number and explained I had not received my shipment.

The tracking shows a signature which was not mine and also a time of delivery while I was not home. I checked my neighbours and surrounding areas and got back in touch to advise I could not locate the 'delivered' parcel.

A lady called Kathy has advised me to wait 3-5 days while they investigate it. 10 days later still no reply so I emailed again and I simply got a reply stating "Unfortunately we have tracked this and confirmed it has been delivered to the correct address."

Communication was terribly, waiting several days for each email reply. Now the company have my money and I have no urn but that's apparently OK with them. They have not replied to my latest email and I'm not holding my breathe that they will.

I am now going to have to source another as they are not willing to offer any sort of solution. I will contact my credit card for a refund.
