Disgusting email in reply to an urn which had been sent out which was the wrong item - expecting me to return it, when I asked to send the original item, they apologised for not being able to help me any further and would give me a refund! That’s not what I asked for, I wanted the item I originally ordered. Email response is slow and the attitude sucks considering they are dealing with a bereaved person. Avoid them! I have a feeling I won’t get the item I wanted and won’t see the refund either!

Very impressed with the service received . The Urn is really lovely and looks much better than the image - quality is brilliant . It was delivered promptly the day after ordering, in perfect condition . It has been such a comfort to us all . Thankyou very much.

A small omission in the requested engraving was very quickly rectified with a replacement bracelet with the correct words. It only took a quick email which was dealt with very quickly.

Absolutely disgusting! Customer service is terrible! Don’t buy from this company unless u want to waste your money! Brought a sterling silver necklace or as described and it is actually silver plated, I have taken it to a silversmith who has confirmed this. what makes it worse is that its actually to put ashes in which I put my grandads in and now looks awful and gone a brown copper colour 😞 there no other word but gutted. PLEASE people stay well away from this company, I gave them the opportunity to rectify this and there not interested!!!!!

Was a bit concerned after receiving wrong size pet urn and reading the reviews but have been very impressed. Communication has been excellent with all emails replied to promptly by Staton and correct size urn has now been received.

This is an awful company who lie about their products. I purchased a sterling silver necklace which had the ability to have cremation ash inserted into a teardrop shaped locket. I had some of my sister’s ashes placed inside the locket by the undertaker, and worn it all the time. After wearing it for three months it became obvious that it was not made of silver. Where the locket was in touch with my skin all the silver had worn off. Underneath the silver plating it was brown which was probably bronze. I complained to Love to Treasure and they weren’t apologetic. After a lot of hassle I did get a refund having had the ashes removed, and returning the necklace. It was extremely upsetting! The company wouldn’t refund the postage costs. They are terr business which does not comply with Trading Standards.

Stunningly beautiful. Wow! I ordered the gold heart necklace. Really good quality. It was engraved and dispatched within 2 days. So happy and proud to wear this. ❤️🐾🐕

On 25 January 2025 I received an email confirming 'we are getting your order ready to be shipped'. I also received a phone call from Staton Price Ltd to say the pet urn I had ordered Love to Treasure had sold out so I chose an alternative which arrived. My dog sadly passed away on 27 January and I was able to clip some fur which I put in the urn - a lovely keepsake. I then received a second urn a few days later - identical to the first one. As I didn't order a second one I am trying to find out how to return it - no phone contact number anywhere on website just a trading address and a gmail address which I sent an enquiry to asking how to return the unwanted item Heard nothing back since then - have been checking both my gmail (which I rarely use) and my email address included with my order. Very frustrating to have to deal with all this when I am still grieving the loss of my dog. Be aware that if you order anything from this company and you have a query they are very difficult to communicate with.

Highly recommend products from this business! I purchased ashes urn necklace a while ago which looked stunning and very high quality however it was quite small as I initially had 1 ferret who passed away and later 2 more ferrets passed away after a while when purchased the necklace. The was no space to put any more ahses so I decided to get a new one but slightly bigger one however I had an issue with the delivery. The parcel was put through a letterbox of a neighbour that I don't know. When I came to ask for my parcel they said they didn't receive anything even though I had a proof of delivery picture with their door and the delivery guy came to me personally apologising since he accidentally put it through the letterbox with some other parcels. I was devastated as I really wanted that necklace so I contacted the customer support who reassured me that it wasn't my fault and that I will get a replacement. I received the replacement within 2 days and I absolutely love it! It's made out of silver and has a beautiful handcrafted design. I cannot recommend enough this business because both my old necklace and the new one are looking absolutely wonderful and it allows me to always keep the ashes with me in memory of my beloved fluffies. Thank you so much for the wonderful products!

I ordered a beautiful tear shape urn with a blue heart for my precious husband. The urn was stunning and well made so glad I chose to use this company. It was also delivered more quickly than I thought. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I am a massive lover of stars so was made up when I found a necklace and ring that you can put ashes in with a little kit to help you
The price was very reasonable too. They were delivered the next day and to say I am overjoyed is an understatement!

i had mixed thoughts about this site but i can honestly say they have been first class,i ordered an urn which is lovely plus i forgot to say i wanted it engraved ,emailed them got a quick response and it was sorted,thanks ever so much,it was quick delivery as well

I have just purchased a teardrop urn, hand painted pink flower design. very pleased with the quality and finish of the product. Even more beautiful than the pictures made it look. Arrived very well packaged, and quite quickly, only took a couple of days.

Customer service is non existent. I ordered a ashes bracelet. Engraving is fine, but one side of the bracelet isn’t welded together so it’s broken straight away. Emailed with no reply. Emailed again with no reply. This was in July. Considering how sensitive the subject is with what they are selling I think it’s terrible that they have the poor customer service that they do. So now I’ve got to go and get it fixed using my own money just because they won’t reply to me. Avoid.

I ordered an urn after my husbands funeral (sept 23), after hearing horror stories of the packaging the ashes would come in.
A few hours after I ordered (before dispatch) I emailed to cancel the order. The email was apparently never received (I had no bounce back).
The urn arrived (thrown over the gate) and I immediately asked about returns. I didn't open the package as I did not want it and suspected it may be broken anyway (after the fall) I was given the postal address but not advised that it would need to be sent recorded delivery.
Admittedly, I didn't rush to post it back, I had only just lost my husband (unexpectedly). I did post it back a few weeks later (less than one month). Using Royal Mail first class.
I didn't hear anything after a couple of weeks so emailed them.
That's when the real trouble began. Their responses were poor, slow and unhelpful. There have been about 12 exchanges over the months.
The upshot is that the parcel is lost somewhere and they aren't going to refund. It wasn't a great deal of money, thankfully, but the "service" and fighting has been something I could do without.
The lower prices are good, but I'd advise paying the little extra if you can and going elsewhere.

I ordered a 9ct gold heart ashes pendant and necklace, THEN I read the reviews and I was worried. My necklace came within 2 days of me placing my order and it is absolutely beautiful! I am so so pleased with it. The engraving is spot on. You get little tools to help put the ashes in. The chain is thin and dainty but I knew this when I ordered. I just wanted the pendant to put on my curb chain. I have seen the exact same necklace on other sites for over £500 so feel I got a bargain. Lots of great reviews on Etsy too so if you are reading this before you receive your order, have faith.

Sent a faulty urn which wouldn't close. I glued it shut in the end as my mum's ashes had already been put it and my 13 year old son was very upset as was my dad who has terminal cancer and couldn't bear to look at the ashes. When I complained they tried to turn the situation around on me, suggesting I should have sat with an upended open (and full) urn for days and that in glueing it shut was my fault for me 'not thinking straight'. I was absolutely distraught and disgusted that a company could ever be so callous. Would never, ever recommend. Please advise at all costs. Just cruel.

Engraving was absolutely rubbish - complained and they said even if it was done again it would be the same. Looked as though someone had chipped it. It was meant to be a memorial gift and customer service very insensitive. Definitely would NOT recommend.

I ordered a black urn with paw prints and for it to be engraved and a necklace also engraved both came early I am very happy with them
