Great, responsive customer service!
I had an issue with a card that never arrived due to a shipping mishap. Contacted LovePop and their customer service people responded right away and offered a refund or store credit. Customer service seems often lacking with companies nowadays but not with LovePop which is why I will continue to order their products. Plus, their cards are fun, creative and cool!

Shipping Scam
Ordered 8 days before valentine's day. They wanted to charge me considerably more to get it shipped early or use the $8 default (On or Before valentine's day). Valentine's dat has come and gone, no card. Its a scam to make you pay more for shipping, and if you don't, they punish you by shipping it late.

The correct way to do business!
I ordered multiple cards for valentine's day and I received all but one. Lovepop contacted "ME", and stated that they were keeping an eye on my order. I was offered a replacement, even though it clearly wasn't their fault. They are doing business RIGHT!

Next-level customer service!
The carrier lost my card (at no fault of Lovepop) and when I contacted customer service, they were immediately responsive, helpful and kind. I am absolutely floored at how wonderful of an experience they made dealing with a negative situation. I absolutely will buy cards from them in the future because of how they treated me.

Wonderful Customer Service
The customer service was amazing. My package got lost in transit and not only did they give me multiple options for what to do next, but when I selected to have it re-shipped out they also upgraded my shipping for it to arrive (hopefully) on time. It felt like each person I spoke to actually cared about making it right and weren’t just trying to make the problem go away, which is how it feels a lot of other places lately. I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but I felt it was important given how rare of an experience this is these days.

Amazing customer service
Love this product so I ordered a card for Valentine's day. The card was stuck in transit and I emailed them and their customer service team was amazing. It wasn't their fault but they sent another one out with expedited shipping. The card arrived by the time I needed it. I will continue using this company as they have my loyalty due to their great product and amazing customer service.

Not only are the cards cute and well…
Not only are the cards cute and well made but the customer service is exemplary. I thought my order had gotten lost and contacted them about it. I had chosen the cheaper shipping option so did not have a tracking number. They responded almost immediately and gave me several options, including resending the cards or getting refunded (even though it wasn’t their fault). Above average support and response time. Highly recommend.

Ordered on February 27th for…
Ordered on January 27th for Valentine’s Day.
Response said will ship in a “jiffy” I guess 2 days is the definition of Jiffy. Shipped via DHL who transferred to USPS. Stuck in regional facility now for 6 days says in transit. Contacted happiness email. Team gave me an option ship a new product or refund. I chose new product if they could ship overnight or refund is they chose to credit. The response email said we will get back to you but give us 3 days. On day 2 now with no resolution.
My first order experience. My response will probably be we are sorry not what we strive to be. Please contact us to resolve. lol the problem is no response!
Update lovepop happiness team responded by asking if my issue was resolved? Not resolving my issue as stated in the response.
Can’t make this up!

LovePop cares more for marketing than customers
This is ridiculous. They care more than about spreading their brand than a good customer experience.
Unlike Amazon that offer a way to hide what's being delivered, these guys plainly display their brand name in big bold red letters right on the envelope!!!
Please tell me what's the point of getting a nice card as a surprise gift for my WIFE (who lives with me and beats me to the deliveries every time) if she knows what I got her days before I'm supposed to give it to her? You guys ruin the surprise for her 100% of the time!
I'm never, ever buying from you guys again. It's just so incredible that it's more important to show off your brand than to offer an option to your customers to hide branding when meant as a surprise with the person you're living with.
Unless you change this, there's no rationalizing with some lame response. (don't suggest mailing to another address.... there is NO alternative address. This is just a really, really bad business choice). It's just simply unacceptable.

Initially my order was delayed and possibly lost during transit. I received an email asking for a review so I was honest and posted my feedback. The company reached out with options to rectify the issue, and ended up shipping the product again with upgraded delivery to make up for the lost time. 100% recommend.

Amazing Customer Service!
I had an issue with my shipping, and even though it was not LovePop's fault, they not only resolved it exceptionally quickly, but even expedited the shipping so that it would arrive in time for Valentine's Day. Excellent customer service. Friendly and incredibly responsive. I'll absolutely buy something again and support/recommend the company to friends!

I had an issue where my original Valentine’s card never showed up, but the way this company handled it was honestly impressive. Customer service replied fast, was friendly and helpful, and they expedited a replacement card right away so it would arrive in time. Mistakes happen with shipping, but great customer service is what matters and they absolutely delivered. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
