Amazed once again!
I was amazed at the large size and quality of my purchases - the large Nativity, the 12 day Advent calendar and the nutcracker ballerina. I have yet to receive the the Santa flying over the house pop up card as it was back-ordered. I am always pleased with my purchases and know the recipients do too. My 2 year old plays his cards over and over, making all company watch the musical, lighted pop up cards! Great job Lovepop, I can't wait to see what you can do next!! Cate

I called to get help on an additional order. I believe your staffer's name was Jess. She was Excellent!!! Answered my questions, was very polite and very affirming. I gave Jess some ideas about how good your company was + added suggestions. There was a problem with a postage due on one of my orders. I emailed the issue and it was taken care of and a refund for my entire order was given.
