Apparently this entitles the driver to dump it in any public place and according to the company you are fully responsible for it from that point on. £130 on a Cot completely wasted.

Your order was originally shipped via next-day recorded delivery, which requires a signature upon receipt to ensure it reaches you safely. This delivery option was later changed by the customer directly with the courier to “leave in a safe place.”
When this option is selected, the courier asks the recipient to agree that the parcel can be left without a signature and that responsibility passes over once it has been delivered. In this case, the parcel was delivered as requested, however, it appears it may have unfortunately been taken by a third party.
We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be and we’re very sorry for the situation. Unfortunately, as the delivery preference was updated directly with the courier under their terms, they are unable to accept liability in this instance.
This is also why we send all parcels via recorded delivery by default, although any changes made directly with the courier are outside of our control.
We truly regret the outcome and appreciate your understanding.

I cannot recommend love for sleep highly enough. Bought a cot bed over 2 years ago. Contacted them today to enquire about the sides the newer version now has and they could not be more helpful!!

I got gifted a crib by my friend and some of the screws were missing, they sent me out the parts I needed next day, aswell as a PDF of the manual, their customer service really is above and beyond!

I ordered the wrong model of cot and realise soon after , I got intouch with love for sleep and almost immediately they sorted a refund out so I coukd order the correct model , excellent customer service.

We investigated your case and I can confirm that we received only a single email from you (not five, as mentioned in your review), sent on Monday, 21 October 2024, at 17:38. Unfortunately, due to an attached JPEG file, your message was redirected to our spam folder, causing a brief delay in our response. Upon discovering it on 23 October, we promptly replied to your email and shipped the missing screws via next-day delivery at no additional cost. The screws were delivered on Friday, 25 October.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the initial oversight with the missing screws and for any inconvenience caused by the two-day response delay.

Ho recentemente acquistato il lettino per la mia bimba in arrivo. Tempi di spedizione nella media, qualità ed estetica dei materiali più che soddisfacente.
A seguito di un piccolo problema di un pannello rovinato lateralmente, ho contattato l’assistenza che tempestivamente ha provveduto a spedirne uno in sostituzione gratuitamente.
Io stessa lavoro in ambito e-commerce e non è usuale su molte piattaforme trovare tale disponibilità ed efficienza.
Complimenti allo Staff e grazie alla Sig.ra Sandra che mi ha prestato diligentemente assistenza, vi consiglio senza riserve.

Il lettino è molto bello esteticamente, l'unica pecca è che è davvero fragile, difatti dopo pochi mesi la doga della rete si è rotta. Ho contattato il venditore e ho parlato con Sandra che ha provveduto subito a mandarmi una rete nuova. Grazie mille, do 5 stelle soprattutto per la disponibilità.
