Smooth transaction
Smooth transaction, everyone involved was exceptionally helpful. Quick turnaround from an initial enquiry to a delivery date on a used vehicle. The car is immaculate. I'm very happy I've made a decision to lease through the work supported scheme.

making light work of dealing with tricky energy suppliers. Biggest thanks to Rachel and the fleet team at love electric for an excellent experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, Rachel in particular is diligent, knowledgeable and has consistently gone over and above to get the right outcome for the customer. The fleet team have similarly been great.

Started Great, but now not very good - Look at all Options
We joined Loveelectric over 5 years ago, and the service was excellent. Since then, it has gone downhill rapidly, not a cheap as you may think and now not an enjoyable experience. The Benefit in Kind tax was not really explained, and is now a major additional cost that may not be easily seen in your pay packet.
My recommendation would be to look at all lease options, including those that are not salary sacrafice as they can be cheaper than Loveelectric.
Safe to say, I wont be using Loveelectric again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Clive, although we’re of course disappointed to hear you aren’t entirely satisfied.
Before an order is placed, we set out the payment schedule for the entirety of the lease. The Benefit in Kind tax is currently locked in until 2029/30 (4% for 2026/27, 5% for 2027/28 and 7% for 2028/29), which is reflected in this schedule.
We’re confident that salary sacrifice still remains the most affordable all-in-one package for EVs.

If you're not sure, don't be worried about choosing loveelectric
I don't have anything negative to say! This is my second lease from loveelectric and on both occasions the process has been smooth and easy to follow.
From the ease of choosing and booking your vehicle, through to the transition from one vehicle to the other, I was well informed via emails, sms messages and telephone calls to keep me updated all the way.
Special mentions to Jessica, Chanel and Jack (and others), all who answered my questions and advised on the next steps.
