I have made 2 purchases with lovecases and I just say they're phone cases and watch straps are excellent quality! I've just purchased a premium case and wow its gorgeous! Will always order from here. Delivery is quick too

The delivery was within a few days and tracked so knew exactly when it was going to arrive

Lovely cases, really good quality, I had trouble with one if my orders so emailed then and they replied very quickly and sorted it out

I can't recommend this company highly enough, my order was running late for being dispatched and i contacted them, they couldn't apologise enough, they went above and beyond for me, adding a few extras into my order to compensate and then making sure my order came the following day. When I say a few extras , I actually couldnt believe what they added as freebies, my daughter was over the moon, she loves her cases and her bags.. and they popped in a beautiful bow for her too! The girls were amazing, i wish all companies were like this one! I will most definitely be ordering again, and again and again ❤️

Winnie the Pooh dog lead set is amazing my little Winnie looks amazing in it- this also came with Winnie the Pooh gifts I didn’t order- I will definitely putting in an order for phone cases.

I received my order today, i was having a crappy day and seeing the quality of the phone cases and the freebies put a smile on my face. They look exactly like the photo i'm absolutely in love!!!!!

I ordered 3 cases. One being the Winnie the Pooh cocktail one. They sent me the Winnie and friends. My friend liked it but it’s not what I ordered. The rest of the covers were correct. She was very happy with the 3 cases.

I've ordered twice and both times I've had issues. My first order was incorrect and had to wait ages for the right case to be resent. The second order was recent, with major issues with delivery. My order was late and tampered with! My package was opened and resealed with tape and had an old Dirty phone case left inside! Love cases said its not them, must be Evri that did it... and that's it. I'm literally having to push for some sort of escalation. If your delivery service are not trust worthy that is an issue, but they are just nonchalant as if their customers aren't spending enough money for an all around good service. Very disappointed.

Had a problem with my first order. Customer service was absolutely fantastic, replaced my order and added another case extra. The 2 new cases are lovely, super protective and look great on my phone I have had a few compliments on my case and have recommended love cases. This will not be my last order. Thank you :) x

Just bought 3 cases for myself as I bought a new phone, then 3 more for my sister. I had a question and the team were so amazing at getting back to me so quickly. Love cases are amazing. I have made a few purchases with this company and they always go the extra mile. The quality is fantastic and delivery is so fast. They recently did a one off case for my son and sent a freebie for him to enjoy also. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Can not fault the team at all. A little issue with one of the watch straps but quickly replied to and a response given with ease and convenience to me.
Puts bigger companies to shame. The personal touch goes a long way and that's how you gain loyal, repeat customers. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.
